We ordered the hummus, steak and shrimp skewers along with Caesar salad and a side of asparagus. All items were very tasty and delicious. Portions were small for the price. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. Our server was very friendly and professional.

We had the best experience at Flint! The food was so fresh, they use quality ingredients! Our server Jeff was so attentive, thank you Jeff! We definitely recommend Flint and will be back to try more on their delicious menu.

Best dish was the branzino and everyone enjoyed the meatballs. The diver scallops, octopus and flatbread pizza were just so-so.

My wife and I went to The Flint to celebrate New Year's Eve. The restaurant and bar is beautiful. The wait staff was very friendly. The food was marginal at best and the cocktails were just ok. The DJ only played loud hip hop / instrumental music. It was ok, just not what I expected. We booked the New Year's Eve package, (which was required) for $150 per person. After a couple of drinks each, tax and tip, we paid over $500. Seemed high for the quality of the food and drink.

New management, new menu means this restaurant has upped their game!!! I would highly recommend you try it and enjoy before it becomes then”hot spot” in the Biltmore Area and you won't be able to get in!!!

Best Lamb chops and Swordfish we've ever had! Both juicy and flavorful. Beautiful restaurant and ambiance. One point off for dull knives, and plates that do not hold cutlery (falls off repeatedly). Offering bread would go far to offset the price of the meals.

Had a lovely time at Baltaire. They were very accommodating and the food was delicious. We're excited to go back again soon.

The food was fantastic! We ordered the whipped feta. Great combination of flavors with the salty feta and pomegranate arils on top. Best octopus we've ever had. Perfect texture and the sauce complemented well. Kefta and chicken kabab rounded out the meal. Great wine and dessert of donuts (oh my) finished off a great experience. Definitely would recommend. The rooftop lounge had a great view of Camelback Mountain. Has drinks up there before dinner. Fawn, our server was wonderful too:)

Flint by Baltaire delivered an exceptional evening that truly elevated the standard for a Sunday night out. The restaurant's ambiance was stunning—beautifully designed, serene, and perfect for an quiet, relaxing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warmth and professionalism. Our server went above and beyond, answering every question with care and offering thoughtful recommendations that enhanced our meal. The culinary experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The salmon was perfectly prepared—rich in flavor and cooked to perfection. And the grand finale? The donuts for dessert were absolutely outstanding, a sweet indulgence that left a lasting impression. Flint by Baltaire is more than a restaurant; it's a destination for those who appreciate exceptional service, exquisite food, and an atmosphere that makes every moment special. I will absolutely be returning.

Flint has been one of our go-to spots since the day they opened their doors. It’s our all-purpose powerhouse: perfect for impressing out-of-towners, celebrating big moments, corralling friends, or sneaking in a date night.

The menu? Always dialed in. There’s something for every palate—yes, even that one friend who “doesn’t like anything unless it’s beige.” The food is consistently excellent, full stop.

Service is generally solid, though like any busy restaurant, there are moments where things wobble. I’m extra picky (20+ years in hospitality will do that), so if I notice something, trust me—it’s minor.

We used to live close enough to practically roll home afterward. Now we’re 15 minutes away, but we still make the trip because the ambience hits just right and the food never misses.

Flint still sparks joy… and our taste buds. 🔥

toadally awful

the food was Fine but not at this price. mid tier hummus, expensive middling vegetables and bland mashed potatoes. the filet mignon you could cook to the same quality at home. boring pasta and expensive fried chicken. four small scallops for 46 dollars. service was fine but terrible for this price! next time you gotta clear the skewers off the table and give us spoons before you serve the desert. it’s not fun being the person watching their food get cold while nobody else has their plates. honest to god the kind of place that gives any upscale dining a bad rap. the chocolate tart was the only thing that was genuinely REALLY good, so get the pastry guy a high five for me, or something. nice atmosphere, though

The restaurant was absolutely breathtaking.I took my grandmother here for her seventy fifth birthday.Unfortunately, none of the menu just tasted good. It's like the chef forgot to add salt. The compound butter came out frozen on top of the flaky, dry steak. They also are incredibly overpriced for their liquor selection. My grandmother got the branzino , I got the whole chicken and my brother got the tuna steak. Bill was $600 hundred dollars.I think that this is a one and done type restaurant. Happy to pay a higher price point for a nicer restaurant. The menu just needs to be better.

Beautiful setting. Food was good but massively overpriced. I ordered the Branzino which was recommended by the staff. It was like $45. Typically when you order this dish it's the whole fish. I was really surprised to see a lone thin, small side of fish sitting alone on the plate. Others in my group ordered pizza which looked good and a salmon skewer, which again was a single skewer of salmon alone on a plate. I understand that they are trying to be a main + sides restaurant but it's a bit over the top. Service was slow but friendly.
