Last night was our first time here and it is now added to our favorite restaurant list. We arrived at 5:30 during happy hour and sat at the bar counter. Had excellent service by Frankie and Diego. Our drinks were delicious, and the food was extraordinary. Everything was so so delicious. The atmosphere and the vibe was very chill and romantic. The barstools were comfortable. And the lighting and music were perfect. Excited to come back again soon!

We went again for the second time last night and sat at the bar. CJ gave us fun, excellent service and the food was once again…amazingly delicious!

Service is slow, but friendly. Food is really good and atmosphere is very cool. When weather permits upstairs is fantastic for both dates and out of town guests. They have absurd happy hour deals that are worth traveling for.

We have always enjoyed Flint. Overall the food and service is very good. The chefs do an excellent job presenting beautiful and delicious offerings. Their grill work is on point. Our server Eric was a consummate professional, with friendly, attentive service. We will continue to visit as it's on our favorites list.

Went for a friend's birthday dinner and had a fantastic experience. Highly recommend the filet mignon kebab, whipped feta, and carrots!

PJ was the best server I've had all year. What a pleasure. The food is great but depends on what you get. The steak skewers aren't anything special but the shrimp is nice. The pork chop was amazing and all the small plates are great. They have also some great cocktails.

Heard great things about Flint, went there and unfortunately service was lackluster at best. The bread served with the hummus was delicious, hummus was great, entrees were totally bland in comparison, and the sauce on the plate for the $60 filet mignon tasted like straight out of the bottle A1.

Our server, JP, was the definition of amazing! He provided some of the best and friendliest service I’ve ever received. And not only that, our food was absolutely delicious and served so beautifully. Thank you so much JP and Flint! We will be back, most definitely.

Okay food good atmosphere but a bit over priced. The worse thing is they don't support veterans.

Great restaurant. The owners have done so much with this place. It looks way different from Del Frisco or Houston's. Great views. But the bar area is the best! You can watch you fav sports team play. Food is delicious. Staff are attentive and well educated on the menu and beverages. I love the retractable roof in the dining area.

Valet and garage parking available.

From the moment we stepped into FLINT by Baltaire, we were enveloped in an exceptional dining experience that shone on every level. The menu was a delight, with standout dishes like the short rib hummus, Spanish octopus, grilled kabobs, and a decadent dessert, all paired perfectly with refreshing cocktails. However, the true highlight was our extraordinary server, Jamie. Her attentiveness, warmth, and spot-on recommendations elevated our evening into something truly unforgettable. Jamie went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was perfect. She arranged for the bartender to craft a special cocktail just for me and, overhearing my love for the potatoes served with the octopus (a side not listed on the menu), worked her magic with the chef to prepare a delectable version that delighted our taste buds. Our backup server, Jesus, was equally impressive—attentive, warm, and dedicated to meeting our every need. This was, without question, one of our finest dining experiences ever. Our only regret? Not discovering FLINT sooner. We'll be back, without a doubt.

I booked a reservation for 3, to celebrate my spouses birthday with our teenage son. We had a fantastic time. I put in the notes when booking that I have celiac and must eat gluten free, and that we were celebrating a bday. They had hand written card for my spouse upon arrival. The food was delicious, our server was knowledgeable and attentive and he even brought a bday champagne toast and a bday dessert. It was a lovely time. The ambiance was nice , they validate parking in the esplanade garage. Fabulous time. And we all cleared our plates. Thank you Flint for making his bday special.

Such a bummer..had planned a cute date night. We are brought to our seats..10 mins go by when we are finally approached and asked “do you guys want water?” We finally got our water..of course we want water..when is that ever a question at a restaurant.

About 10 mins go by again and we put our wine order in and ordered the Short Rib Hummus..we are brought our wine glasses (no wine inside) and wait about 10 more minutes for the wine to then be brought to us..at this time the hummus had come out and jeez was it sad. Who brings you an appetizer before your drinks? The hummus was fine but the short rib was not warm and was just a brick sitting in the middle of the hummus. Not tender and lacking flavor. Felt like zero effort went into the service and the food.

Did notice who I’m guessing was a manager making hand motions to a server to bring food out quicker..but that was for their private large party room…guess they are the ones that count at this establishment.

All in all the service was so aloof and low quality that we finished the wine and decided to leave and go enjoy a meal elsewhere.

Excellent service and great menu. Acoustics are not great, we were a party of 8 and found the noise level a bit challenging in communicating with each person at our table. Artichoke, hummus dip, fried chicken and the skewers were a few of our favorites.
