When I tell you this place is 100/10 I mean it! We live near by and decided to grab a last minute drink the other weekend. We got there on a Saturday night and didn’t have reservations. Despite not having a reservation the hosts were beyond sweet and made room for us to have a drink at one of the high tops. Jennifer was extremely kind and went above and beyond with us and she wasn’t even our server. Our server that was was so sweet too. Brought us Christmas drinks and once the ppl whose reservation was the table we were sitting at showed up. They made room for us at the ledge and we had a few more drinks there too. The ambiance was great. All the holiday lights and sweaters on the chairs is so cute! I would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back !

Best part of this place is the atmosphere and view. Service is super slow considering they only give you a 2 hour time slot. Cocktails are overpriced for what you get.

The Miracle Bar was great and a fun night. However beware they automatically add a 18% gratuity. My husband after three drinks paid the bill and added a 20% gratuity ($70) not realizing they had already added 18% ($50) so basically paid $120 gratuity.

I did call and leave a message but no one called me back. It was our mistake but it would have been nice if server had mentioned gratuity was added or if someone had called us back. It should have been listed on the menu. We were a party of four.

We've made Floor 13 part of our annual Christmas Eve bar crawl for several years now. We keep coming back because it's an overall great experience.

We had called about a week before our planned night out to book a reservation for 6 and we were told that a reservation was not needed. We also were informed that once we arrived at the bar that we could put our name on the list which we took into consideration. I was the first to arrive and headed up to the bar and asked if I could get a table reserved for 6 people. I was informed that they were booked for the night but they had open seating along a small railing around the outer perimeter of the tables. I asked if they could just put my name down incase they had a reservation cancellation but was told once again they were booked for the night. One of my friends arrived and she asked the hostess to put us down for any availability but was she was told to try and book a reservation on the app opentable and that they did not do reservations in person. My friend informed her that we had called about a week before and told the hostess what the other person told us about not needing a reservation and that we could be placed on the reservations list in person. The hostess then informed us that we were misinformed. We then asked if we could take 6 seats in the open seating area and she informed us that we could. We sat and waited for our friends to arrive and had ordered drinks while waiting. I ordered the Coconut hot chocolate and my friend ordered a peppermint drink. Our friends arrived shortly after we got our drinks. They were able to order drinks. We asked our server if we could use an open table to do a quick gift exchange but were informed that we could not. We were also told that we had to be seated in our chairs when we were trying to do our gift exchange. We managed to finish our overpriced and not so pleasant tasting drinks. We were then informed that we had to leave as we had a time limit to the open seating. There were people still seated in the open seating that had been there longer than we were and they were not told of a time limit. We were brought our bill which totalled around $260. The bill had automatic gratuity and an additional fee that we did not understand what it was for. So it totaled close to $300. It was a disappointing experience that my friends and I will not repeat.

Could be fun but way over priced and service is not very Christmas attitude. Paid 30 for parking (that made is almost 20 mi s late) called to let kniw we were running late and if that would be a problem- told no, THEN sat down at 515/520 (res was for 5pm) and was told bc we were a half hour late we only had a limited amt of time bc of a 630 reservation. 2 drinks (one apiece) and a charcuterie board bill was $90! Nope never again; been to 100 times better.

This was a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, we were seated 20 minutes after our reservation time. Once seated, our party of 8 was not greeted until 15 minutes passed. I asked for water for our table. The server stated she would get the water while we reviewed the drink menu. She returned 5 minutes later for our drink orders but no water. I asked for water again and received it after the drinks arrived. We then placed our food order. After approximately 25 minutes, the drinks were empty and no food. I went to an employee at the entrance and asked to speak with a manager and was told they would be right over. That never happened. Finally our food arrived and we were able to order a second round of drinks. At the end of the meal we received the bill which was $440 with a 21% gratuity added. The gratuity was about $84. Since we made reservations, we were required a $50 minimum per person. I guess they knew they had us because if we decided to leave, $400 would have went to the credit card. I do not recommend this place for the cost to value and poor service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for you holiday experience.

They add a tip without telling you prior. Shouldn’t tips be based off of how much a waitress does for you and how well they do it? Why did I pay her 20$ for 30min of her time? Shouldn’t you be paying her to work for you? Tips are an optional extra I should never be paying the entire working wage that’s the employers responsibility 20$ is insane for the amount of nothing she did for me. That’s your job not mine. Pay your employees and make tipping optional 10$ would have sufficed for 30min. Absolutely ridiculous
Food was not good at all.

The view from this rooftop bar is absolutely stunning. They were just getting opened up when I stopped in and it was a little early so I didn’t stay, but the ambience and feel of it is absolutely incredible. You get a gorgeous view of the skyline along with some mountains and the wonderful architecture that is downtown Phoenix.

When I was there, they were doing their miracle on the 13th floor for Christmas and the place was decorated beautifully, every square inch. I’m absolutely going to try to get back up there before the end of my stay. Do not miss it!
