Vibes and ambiance were not worth the credit card hold for reservations. Music was generic, no live music, drinks were ok. The server was awesome. Also called and sent a message several times to confirm our reservation and not a single call back or message back.
We had our wedding at this beautiful rooftop venue two years ago, and we recently returned for a special visit. The experience was just as memorable as the first time! The views were breathtaking, the atmosphere was perfect, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. It felt just as magical as our wedding day—if not more so. A truly unforgettable spot, and we're so glad to have come back to celebrate again. Highly recommend for any special occasion!
Don't waste your time !!! There are so many bars to choose from. This place can't even make a martini
We had a disappointing experience here. The drinks were good, food was underwhelming, and service was terrible. Alizandra was not attentive at all. We ordered food and we never received any silverware. Our food was dropped on the floor and the server never acknowledged it or offered anything else. We had to flag someone down anytime we wanted to order anything. Also we were never given an itemized receipt, so luckily we asked for one because gratuity was already included! We understand it was semi busy, but maybe add another server or if Alizandra had some sense of urgency the experience would have been okay.
I normally do not do reviews, but my experience was so bad that I feel the need to warn others. I made reservations for my girlfriend's birthday so we could try something new. The first thing that we were introduced to was a small table that was tucked in a corner away from any heat on a windy night. We then waited for at least 30 minutes to get our initial drinks ordered and another 10-15 for the drinks to come. At first, I assumed that it was due to it being Valentine's Day so I was understanding. However, after we ordered the second round and some sliders, we waited for 40 minutes and didn't see the waitress. Throughout this whole ordeal I am looking at a bunch of open tables that I was told have “reservations” for them, even though they were empty for the entirety of our visit. Finally, I used valet to park my car and the valet did not tell me there was any charge to use valet nor did he give me a ticket. Only when we were on our way out did he tell us that it was $20 to use valet. His phrasing was “You know it's $20 to use valet, right?” So in closing I will not be recommending this location to anyone nor will I be going back. I ended up making reservations at DC steakhouse and got the best service ever! I should have simply gone to them instead.
Amazing place! The food was yummy the sliders were my favorite. The drinks were delicious, highly recommend.
Great view but I personally didn't like the food or drinks I was expecting a great atmosphere but for paying to reserve there only 6 people even though it was it took a long time to get drinks the food came first
Parking: Valet is available as well as a parking structure about a block away.

If 13 is Taylor Swift's favorite number, the number 13 can't be all that bad.
Located on the thirteenth floor at the Hilton Garden Inn is Floor 13 Rooftop Bar. As the name suggests, it's a bar that sits on top of a rooftop and it offers you some amazing views of the Phoenix skyline. They have an adorable holiday pop-up, Miracle on at Floor 13, that runs from Nov 21-Dec 30th, Sun-Thurs 5PM-10PM, Fri & Sat 5PM-12AM.
I got the Christmasaurus ($21 - pineapple run, mezcal, velvet falernum, apricot liqueur, lime, coconut milk, toasted cumin, coffee & pineapple syrup, and aromatic bitters): I know, it's a lot of ingredients. It tasted a lot too. Boozy and complex, I'm not sure this was for me. I took a few sips before I gave it to my friend, even.
For food, I got some sliders that were essentially was Thanksgiving leftovers. Turkey, gravy, cranberry sauce, and some mashed potatoes nestle in between some shiny buns. It was $21 for three sliders. Gotta love those DT Phoenix prices.
And since it was Christmas themed, there was a very ornery Grinch walking around. It's a cute holiday pop-up inside a gorgeous art deco bank-turned-hotel. The views are spectacular and you'll surely enjoy the views.

The food and drinks are always solid here- if typical and slightly overpriced. You're really paying for the view. I come every year for their Christmas event, because I love hot buttered rum. This year it was thick, delicious, and actually HOT! Their Christmas themed food is a win too. Normally, I'm not super impressed with Floor 13, but Christmas is the time to go. They really should look into doing more holiday themed events like this to draw in more customers throughout the year. I would have appreciated a non-alcoholic beer or mocktail option for my pregnant friend as well.

Very limited seating. must have a reservation to be seated on a table and to order food. If you sit by the edge bar you have 30 min time for drinks only. Price for drinks too much for the quality and the presentation. $25 for a cocktail must be a great one.

Very good food. Nce atmosphere, but no bar up there for people to have pre dinner drinks. We had drinks in the lobby, which was a good experience too.
