Ambiance and seating is very comfortable and great for groups. Drinks were fun and interesting. Biggest downside was the food. We had a group of 6 and so we ordered the potato skins to share, it was $22. We assumed the appetizers would be decent for our group size based on the price but we received 4 very small potatoes halves that were pretty lukewarm warm even right after they were brought to us. Was absolutely not worth the price and left an unfortunate memory on an otherwise good place. Stick to the drinks.

When I tell you this place is 100/10 I mean it! We live near by and decided to grab a last minute drink the other weekend. We got there on a Saturday night and didn’t have reservations. Despite not having a reservation the hosts were beyond sweet and made room for us to have a drink at one of the high tops. Jennifer was extremely kind and went above and beyond with us and she wasn’t even our server. Our server that was was so sweet too. Brought us Christmas drinks and once the ppl whose reservation was the table we were sitting at showed up. They made room for us at the ledge and we had a few more drinks there too. The ambiance was great. All the holiday lights and sweaters on the chairs is so cute! I would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back !

Best part of this place is the atmosphere and view. Service is super slow considering they only give you a 2 hour time slot. Cocktails are overpriced for what you get.

The Miracle Bar was great and a fun night. However beware they automatically add a 18% gratuity. My husband after three drinks paid the bill and added a 20% gratuity ($70) not realizing they had already added 18% ($50) so basically paid $120 gratuity.

I did call and leave a message but no one called me back. It was our mistake but it would have been nice if server had mentioned gratuity was added or if someone had called us back. It should have been listed on the menu. We were a party of four.

Went for an after the ballet sunset reservation. It was wonderful! Been wanting to to go for the last few years and they did not disappoint. Our waitress was Taylor and she was kind, knowledgeable, and witty. The drinks were creative and delicious- worth the price in my opinion! The bites were lovely, we chose 3 to split between 4 people and it was perfect. Would love to go again!!

We've made Floor 13 part of our annual Christmas Eve bar crawl for several years now. We keep coming back because it's an overall great experience.

We had called about a week before our planned night out to book a reservation for 6 and we were told that a reservation was not needed. We also were informed that once we arrived at the bar that we could put our name on the list which we took into consideration. I was the first to arrive and headed up to the bar and asked if I could get a table reserved for 6 people. I was informed that they were booked for the night but they had open seating along a small railing around the outer perimeter of the tables. I asked if they could just put my name down incase they had a reservation cancellation but was told once again they were booked for the night. One of my friends arrived and she asked the hostess to put us down for any availability but was she was told to try and book a reservation on the app opentable and that they did not do reservations in person. My friend informed her that we had called about a week before and told the hostess what the other person told us about not needing a reservation and that we could be placed on the reservations list in person. The hostess then informed us that we were misinformed. We then asked if we could take 6 seats in the open seating area and she informed us that we could. We sat and waited for our friends to arrive and had ordered drinks while waiting. I ordered the Coconut hot chocolate and my friend ordered a peppermint drink. Our friends arrived shortly after we got our drinks. They were able to order drinks. We asked our server if we could use an open table to do a quick gift exchange but were informed that we could not. We were also told that we had to be seated in our chairs when we were trying to do our gift exchange. We managed to finish our overpriced and not so pleasant tasting drinks. We were then informed that we had to leave as we had a time limit to the open seating. There were people still seated in the open seating that had been there longer than we were and they were not told of a time limit. We were brought our bill which totalled around $260. The bill had automatic gratuity and an additional fee that we did not understand what it was for. So it totaled close to $300. It was a disappointing experience that my friends and I will not repeat.

We were there for the Christmas pop up bar and loved it! Whole rooftop was all decked out in festive decor and lights. Beautiful AZ evening to spend outside on the roof top enjoying the delicious drinks and scrumptious food! Service was excellent too! We will look forward to returning next year!

Could be fun but way over priced and service is not very Christmas attitude. Paid 30 for parking (that made is almost 20 mi s late) called to let kniw we were running late and if that would be a problem- told no, THEN sat down at 515/520 (res was for 5pm) and was told bc we were a half hour late we only had a limited amt of time bc of a 630 reservation. 2 drinks (one apiece) and a charcuterie board bill was $90! Nope never again; been to 100 times better.
