The first thing I have to say is that their flowers and arrangements are absolutely beautiful! I had to have surgery just 3 days after Valentine's Day so my husband combined the two and filled my hospital room with beauty flowers. Because surgery was so close to Valentine's Day I'm sure almost all florists had a dwindling supply so I wasn't surprised when one of the arrangements faded faster than the other two. After a bit of a mix up, the owner of the store called me to fix the situation and personally ensure I was happy. I went from a frustrated customer to once again enjoying my beautiful flowers again.

We will continue to go to Flowers by Coley for all our floral needs.
Have a blessed day.

We walked in and were able to get a nice bouquet of flowers made in our budget in about five minutes. We told the lady there the reason for the flowers, the colors we would like, and our budget, and she got right to work. Which was very nice after another flower shop fell through in getting us flowers for our grandmother's grave.

Fresh flowers arriving fresh the next three days. Designers working hard to give love and beauty to the one who gave you not only love and beauty but also gave you looking life!! Send mom flowers from FLOWERS BY COLEY

Absolutely terrible. They promised delivery within a period of time and assured me they would call my friend's place of business to see when she would be there to accept the delivery. I heard nothing from them and when I called to see if the flowers were delivered I was informed they attempted after hours and the business was closed for the day. She did not receive the flowers. Birthdays only happen one day a year, and there is no way to make up for the fact that her flowers did not make it to her, and they didn't even bother contacting me. I will never use them again and would not recommend this company.

Buying flowers for someone out of town is always a bit risky; I went through my local florist in a different state and paid for a ā€œflorist choiceā€ type arrangement. I had hoped my local florist, whom I buy from frequently and trust, would have communicated what I wanted with Flowers by Coley (they picked this shop, not me) and my friend would get a lovely bouquet.

They did not communicate at all, and the flowers initially delivered were disappointing; they were not arranged well and seemed haphazardly put together, lacking any theme or cohesion. I called about a month later and Flowers by Coley graciously sent another bouquet for free and it was a much better experience; the flowers were stunning. I was able to pick a specific arrangement from their website and what they delivered was exactly what I had asked for.

I’d recommend ordering a specific bouquet from the website and talking to them directly when you do and you won’t be disappointed. If issues arise, from my experience they are quick to remedy the situation.

Ordered these through Pro Flowers ahead of Valentines Day. Delivery person arrived very late at night, close to 7-8pm. The flowers arrived wilted and not fresh at all. They smelled old and not even close to what you’d expect for spending $100+ plus delivery. The bear stuffed animal that came with the order was already much smaller than originally shown. We called their number multiple times to follow up, left voicemails and have been ignored. Luckily, Pro Flowers had a new order delivered to me the other day from another local florist. They are 100x better. Fresh and the stuffed animal is about 4x larger. Do yourself a favor and not order here.

Warning would not recommend. I paid $165 for these plus tip… I have paid $50 for flowers at the grocery store that looked better than this. Extremely disappointed.

Flowers by Coley were great at following up with me. I had made a mistake on the address and they followed up to make sure the flowers got to the correct place.
The arrangement is beautiful and my Mother in Law loved it.

Beautiful arrangement delivered to my sister’s hotel while she visited Scottsdale AZ. I ordered online the night before and everything was smooth and easy! Great variety in the design - loved the tulips and ranunculus included .Thank You Flowers by Coley!

Was not home for delivery. No one left a message. Flowers arrived a day late and water was half full and murky. Flowers are dreary. Certainly not worth the money that my family paid to wish me Happy BD.

Terrible experience. Received flowers right before Valentine’s Day. 2 dozen long stem red roses. Dead within 2.5 days. Reached out to Flowers by Coley & they promised to remedy the situation with replacement flowers. 5+ months later, multiple calls, emails & repeated requests for replacements or a refund for the purchaser - they’ve gone silent and just kept the money AFTER acknowledging the dead flowers were unacceptable & it was their error & responsibility to correct. Lots of passing the buck internally, promises a different employee would return a call, blah blah, eventually just no response, no refund and no flowers. Awful, overpriced, and will never use them or recommend to anyone. Pathetic.

2 broken flowers and stems were all different lengths, some were so short they were barley in the water. For this, we paid 93 dollars.

3 of the flowers were dying and the bouquet was uneven and sparse.
I am touched by the sentiment, but dsappointed with the arrangement .
