On our trip back to AZ we went over to Fly Bye Pizza to get a light lunch before our concert tonight. The service was fantastic. Jordan was amazing super thoughtful and informed. Gave us a great idea to try the wings half sauced half not. They were really juicy and flavorful. We went with the black truffle mushroom pizza which was extremely fresh and tasty. The Chef Hawkins came over to our table and asked how everything was. I told him how much we enjoyed the food and that I use to work for Olive & Ivy years ago which they affiliated with. We had a pleasant conversation about my time with FRC and then we thanked staff. If you haven’t been definitely give it a try! You won’t regret it! Thank you Josh and Julia

My wife and I recently went and tried Fly Bye for the first time. We do like Detroit style pizza, and our favorite place closed. So we are now looking for a new place. Overall we had a good experience and enjoyed our pizza and wings. It is high on the list for Detroit style here in AZ for now.

They have THE BEST tenders in the valley. However the seating area is tiny. We had to sit outside when it was 110 degrees. I do not care, I will stand and eat- we are going back today! We loved it

Went by this place many times and finally decided to give it a try. We ordered 10 chicken tenders (comes with some fries) and a Caesar salad. First the good, the food was very tasty and loved how crispy the tenders were. As for the bad, the total was $44 which completely blew us away. I don’t know if I’ll be going back due to those prices. We ordered to go, and it took about 30 minutes before we got our food.

We visited here for while traveling from Michigan and the food was delicious. We had a Detroit style pizza, wings, and Caesar salad; all for $53. It was worth every penny. I will visit here again when I come back in town.

The Fly Bye guys today took care of me, my son, friend, and her daughter with all-around exceptional customer-service! You can't go wrong with the lunch special. It's $10 for a very large individual slice of pizza and a perfectly seasoned Cesar Salad that could easily be shared with my little one. We'll definitely be coming back to order one of their more curated pies in the future. Thanks for taking care of us and the little ones messes!

Some of the best detroit style pizza you’ll find in AZ. The custom service is impeccable. The staff really goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with your visit. The general manager, Luke, is a professional with integrity. Can’t recommend this place enough.
