I’m from Detroit living in Arizona and I’ve been missing Detroit style pizza. I live in Sedona and was down for the day and saw they serve it here! Picked up a pizza and the girl who was ringing me up was SO sweet I wish I had caught her name because I would have shouted her out. It had a nice atmosphere, we ate the pizza on the drive back to Sedona and it was amazing. I would definitely come back next time I’m in the area.

JORDAN WE LOVE YOU!!!! He was the sweetest and took such good care of us. The restaurant was so nice and clean, impeccable bathrooms and all cutely decorated. Food was great too! We got the Italian pizza Detroit style, chicken tenders, and the roasted buffalo cauliflower bowl. All the staff was so friendly and helpful and fun, but Jordan <3333333333

Today, it is awesome when we find a restaurant with amazing service. Fly Bye has awesome service and great food. Inhad asked about the Buffalo wing sauce and a specific spice. The team lead for the night went and looked up the recipe and came back to talk about it. I loved that. Great service. Keep it up.

I wanted to try there Detroit style square slice that they have for lunch. It's a little pricey at $6.50. they did make it extra well so it was a little bit crunchy which I like. But the pizza was more like a pastry with cheese and pepperoni on top of it. The crust was very light and fluffy like sitting on a croissant. As far as taste goes it was okay. As far as a pastry with cheese on it it was excellent. But it wasn't pizza. I haven't tried their other pizzas and I will give them a shot but this one was not that good. The service is excellent I gave the atmosphere low because it's just it's just wooden chairs with wooden tables in about six of them nothing special about it at all.

I had an incredible experience at Flyby’s Pizza at Desert Ridge! From start to finish, the service was phenomenal. Our waiter went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and was incredibly attentive throughout our visit.
We opted to sit outside, and they graciously turned on the heaters for us, making the atmosphere cozy and comfortable. Despite being outdoors, the team took exceptional care of us, checking on us frequently to make sure we were warm and had everything we needed.
The food was served hot and fresh, exactly as ordered, and was absolutely delicious. Every detail of our experience was handled with care, and the level of service truly stood out.
I highly recommend Flyby’s Pizza at Desert Ridge. Whether you’re looking for great food or exceptional service, they deliver on both!
