I ordered two four corners pizzas last night (a pepperoni and a bbq chicken) around 835pm. I got there at 9:00 to pick it up and the order wasn’t ready which is fine. They had other orders. No biggie I can wait.
The problem comes from the pizza itself. My boyfriend and I have ordered here before and he loves their pizzas. I’m visiting from out of town and I had a craving for it so we ordered. The pizza was soooo gummy almost to the point of being undone. The edges were crispy but the rest of it even when you pick it up was limp and soggy. I spent almost 50 dollars on this pizza and we barely ate it. It was disgustig and I’m very disappointed. I fear I’ll never go back here again because of this.

First time trying Fly Bye and it was great. We decided to order from their AZ Restaurant Week menu (3 items for $33). We had mozzarella sticks, brussel sprout salad and a Detroit style BBQ chicken pizza. Mozzarella sticks and the pizza were both cooked to perfection and crispy. We ordered curbside pick up so unfortunately I’m unable to leave a rating for their atmosphere but service was very prompt, food was good and very affordable. Next time we will have to dine in and try the chicken.

The first thing to know about Fly Bye is that it's a game-changer for anyone who loves great chicken. Forget everything you know about fast-food strips; these are a whole different level. The handmade chicken strips are juicy, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, tasting incredibly fresh and high-quality. But the real star of the show is the pizza with hot honey. The crust is light yet crispy, and the combination of savory toppings with a drizzle of that sweet and spicy hot honey is absolutely divine. It's a flavor explosion that you won't find anywhere else. The entire concept is simple but executed flawlessly. It's the perfect spot for a quick, casual, and unbelievably satisfying meal. You'll definitely want to come back to try everything on the menu.
I’ve been to this location twice. Have ordered online both times. The second time I specifically asked for extra sauce. No dice. Won’t bother ordering again. Unless I order in person.

This place has great food and the staff. I usually don't like Detroit style pizza but this is really good if you want a big chunk of pizza. The chicken tenders were fire and I will probably go back just to get the tenders again.
Everything in the establishment was awesome. My sister and I both got the 3 tenders (more than enough) . The breading was crispy and the chicken was soft and tender. I also ordered 12” artichoke pesto pizza. Compliments to the Chefs. Staff amazing! Vibe amazing!
My coworker's recommendation led me to Fly Bye Pizza, and I'm so glad it did! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Cole, whose cheerful disposition and impressive menu knowledge made ordering a breeze. We decided on the Game Day Special, opting for the Detroit-style large supreme pizza, 12 wings, and house-made ranch. The pizza was a true standout: the fresh mozzarella, flavorful sauce, and perfectly crispy crust bits combined with the toppings for an absolutely delicious pie. We even bought extra of their ranch because it was so incredibly flavorful! While the Honey Hot wing sauce was tasty, I personally would have loved a little more heat. Beyond the fantastic food, the service was consistently friendly, and the restaurant had limited seats but was clean . I'll most definitely be ordering from Fly Bye Pizza again!

I can not say enough good things about this place. Their salads, pizza and cookies are the best I have ever had. Never in my life did I think I would DREAM about a salad from a pizza shop but that avocado salad changed my life. I will be a frequent customer for life!!
