About Formation Brewing

Formation Brewing is a nice new brewery with a great ambiance and a very modern look. The place is huge, featuring an upstairs area, an outdoor patio with fire pits, and plenty of indoor seating. The atmosphere is really chill and cozy, with good music, creating welcoming vibes for all. It is pretty dog friendly. The service is excellent, very friendly, attentive, and helpful.

The beer is great and really good, with a good selection of their own brews and those from other breweries. This includes a good selection of IPA, with favorites mentioned being the DIPA, the farmhouse ale, the spruce tip, and western winds. They also have non-alcoholic and gluten free beers on tap.

The food is delicious and everyone was really happy with the experience. Menu highlights include the elote corn dip, which was good but extremely smokey and also spicy, the Brussels sprouts which were outta this world and so delicious, and the duck fat fries which were delicious. The jalapeño Caesar salad was delicious and the honey hot pepperoni pizza was perfect, though the Detroit pizza was just okay. The pizza looked good but can be on the pricey side. Overall, it is a great spot and a beautiful place where people plan to return.
