In Norwalk, Connecticut, there is a store called Stew Leonard’s. It’s a combination of Disney World with a produce store and a supermarket, there is even a petting farm outside for the kids. It’s been featured on Ripley’s Believe it or Not and you get free ice cream if you spend a certain amount of the green bucks there. There is a large bolder at the entrance with a sign: 1. The customer is always right 2. If the customer is ever wrong, see 1 above The owner/manager(?) of Forno 301 would do well to read that sign: because if you treat your customers as cockroaches, you will never succeed, no matter how good your pizza and prices are. We went there for lunch, after a visit to the Phoenix Art museum, only a block away. At our table, he showed once, to question why we requested that they clear the table from dirty dishes and glasses. Then, when we needed him and signed for him that we needed help, he never condescended to our level. Of the two pizzas we ordered, one was the wrong pizza, the other one was delicious. Prices are good but that’s not enough. Not going back.
Good service. The place speaks of unstated ambiance - which is nice and trendy - fresh parmesan cheese would and cloth napkins would make a difference as the establishment wants to be seen as not just a neighborhood pizza place - parmessn cheese in a shaker and paper napkins lowered my opinion.
Great place! Good food.

First time here, on a friend's suggestion. Cute little Italian spot. Wasn't hungry enough for pizza, but will definitely be back to try that. Had the pasta of the day, and it was delicious. Not sure what was all in the sauce, but I ate the whole thing, and no regrets.
Great food and ambience. Will definitely visit again.
First off, the food here is amazing. My husband had the Forno pizza loaded with sausage, onions, mushrooms, and melty cheese, while I had the calzone packed with meat, both with perfectly cooked crusts. The service was a bit slow since they seemed short-staffed, but the vibe was really cute and it feels like a great spot for date night or grabbing a bite with friends.

A really great place to get dinner in Phoenix. Pizza is awesome and rivals NY pizza. Fantastic pasta dishes, especially the Cavatelli. I highly recommend this restaurant
Food was very tasty. Service was fantastic.
I always enjoy this place !

Not sure exiting at all. If you want to spend your time in a place they pretend to be Italian and want.. don’t waste your time. Just an American bad version of a pretending Italian pizza place. Average and nothing more tah the average
lunch or dinner. Doesn't matter. The food is awesome and the staff incredible. The bartender, Roberto, will keep me coming back forever. A place full of joy that seeps into the customer base. When the weather is good and the bar wall opens to the outside dining area, it's even more fun. Don't miss it.
Terrific Italian food. We had a long day, and a visit to this restaurant was the perfect ending. We enjoyed the bruschetta appetizer, gnocchi, cavatelli, and rigatoni special -- all were fabulous. The desserts (panna cotta, tiramisu, and affogato) were excellent, served in tumblers, and just the right size. When we're back in PHX, we'll make a point to stop again.
Great food, reasonable cost. Very good service and atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Loved the pizza, pasta, and salad. Tiramisu to die for.
I love the fun indoor/outdoor vibes. The food is slightly upscale and the decorations are cute. The staff are friendly and professional, and there are plenty of fun foods to try. They also have several specials. It's a little hard to park nearby, but it's worth a walk (though not in the summer).
