The staff was great. The spicy BBQ sauce is the best I've ever had! Unfortunately, I had to lather it on the overcooked meat. The brisket was way overcooked. It was dry, even the fat cap had little moisture. The burnt ends were not flavorful. The pulled pork could have been made into a rope and pulled a wagon by a team of horses. The fries were good. i had the Mardi Gras hurricane it was the best the pork ribs was so tender meat fell off the bone staff so kind and the music so it takes you back to the blues i love it
