Best burnt tips I've ever eaten! I don't even usually love bbq, but it was so tender and flavorful. Didn't just taste like "burnt".

Most annoying music. Took my 92 year old father there for lunch. Restaurant playing heavy metal music very loudly. Asked server to lower music and she said they typically play blues but employees changed the music. She changed it to blues for a few songs and then employee changed it back to hard Rock. Food is way over priced for the adult order that is equivalent to a kids meal servings. Well needless to say to say won't be going back.

Great food. The BBQ was tasty and smoked corn was a wonderful yummy surprise. Everyone working there was incredibly kind and accommodating

We've been here several times as a family & have always enjoyed what we ordered while we are here. Our absolute favorite is the burnt end pizza.Just from pulling up you can smell the amazing aromas coming from the restaurant. When you get inside you can order, grab a seat, and your food is brought to your table. They also have a bar to order drinks if you want something other than soda.Even my picky kids loved their food! The meats were fantastic, the pizza was some of the best we've had and the sides were pretty great as well. I highly suggest getting the corn bread when you go! The gooey cake is really sweet, we only ate about half of it so we weren't loaded down with sugar.Restaurant wise I thought the place felt cozy and the next time we go we discussed sitting in the outdoor area during nice weather. Their bathrooms are also clean and well taken care of. The only thing I could think of that might be a negative is the restaurant itself is a bit dark, even with light coming in from the front windows the lights inside could be a bit brighter since there are no windows along the side of the building or in the back. Their prices are affordable especially for the amount of food you are provided.

It's been more than a year since I was last here, and boy have there been changes! The only things that haven't changed are the food and the quality of the staff. There are new faces, there, but they are just as friendly as ever. And the ribs are still "falling off the bone" good. George, you done good! I hope to get back more frequently. And do so on a day when you are around. I just have to compliment you on how you have and have not changed this establishment!

While I’ve been a loyal Frasher’s patron for many years, the poor service I recently received will keep me from returning. I completely understand and appreciate the demands of a bustling Friday evening, and empathized with the very talented but clearly short-staffed bar team! At the end of the week, I’m in no hurry and Frasher’s cocktails are well worth any wait…It was only as I was repeatedly passed over and ignored by the owner himself that I finally lost my patience and my appetite. As he greeted, served and accommodated the diners immediately around me, I couldn’t even secure his eye contact lol… I finally gave up, got my check and walked out, sharing my frustration with a very sweet hostess.Frasher’s has good staff and good customers, but given this evening’s dynamics, sadly I imagine both may soon be lost.

The meat toasted raviolis were good!! The pulled pork and burnt ends were fine. Large pieces of corn bread. The bbq sauce didn’t knock my socks off…the spicy needed a little more spice. The wings were good.

I was born and raised in the St Louis area, until I moved to Phoenix in 2000 when I was 25 years old. I have no idea how long Frasher’s Smokehouse has been around, as I recently just discovered (via a Google search for STL style pizza) that it serves STL style BBQ, pizza, and other goodies. Sad thing is, I’ve driven by this place numerous times and never even considered stopping in. Had there been any indication on the sign out front that it served STL style food, I would have tried it immediately. On to the food, which I will review from a St Louis native’s perspective. My wife started with the St Louis Salad. It was good (similar to Imo’s), but needs more provel cheese. Of course we got the toasted ravioli. The raviolis were slightly smaller than Imo’s, but still great. My son and I shared a large pizza - half pepperoni, half “the works”. It was fantastic. Closest pizza I’ve had to Imo’s outside of STL. The provel cheese was superb. However, where this place really shines is the Burnt Ends, which my wife ordered (and I had to sample). Tender, great smoky flavor, and pairs nicely with three choices of BBQ sauce. After enjoying our entrees, we were too full to have desert, but I just had to get a Gooey Butter Cake to go. I ate it shortly after getting back home, and it was delicious. Now that I know about this place, I will definitely make it a regular place to visit. On to some recommendations… Frasher’s Smokehouse really needs to lean in to its STL roots more. BBQ places are a dime a dozen, which is why I never noticed it before. We were there on a Friday night around 6:00pm, and aside from a local car club that was seated outside, there were only two other parties eating inside. They need something on the sign outside to indicate its STL style. They could also benefit from some STL decor inside the restaurant. Perhaps photos of the Arch, Busch Stadium, Anheuser-Busch signage, Cardinals/Blues sports memorabilia etc. I know there aren’t nearly as many St Louis natives in Phoenix as there are people from Chicago, New York, California, etc., but we are here, and there aren’t really any other places around like home.
