The Worst Customer Support Ever. I Bought A Cup Of Elote And Driving Home I Tasted It And It Tastes Old , Mind You I Bought Cup Of Elote From Here Before And It Taste Fine. So, I Instantly Turn Around To Notify Them They Try It Out The Pot Then Says It's Not Old They Need To Call A Manager. The Manager Guy Was No Help Telling Me The Corn Not Old We Can't Reimburse You. I'm Like Wthelly. So I Tell Them I Will Report Them . So Now I'm Reporting To BBB Because I Was Treated Unfair As A Customer. THIS PLACE MIGHT ONLY BE GOOD FOR WATER OR ICE BECAUSE IT CANT GET OLD AND COVERED UP.

We were here on Friday after Thanksgiving and the girl at the counter was very nice and friendly. Recommend it.

Ordered pepihuates on two different occasions and received a product that could not be eaten due to extremely bitter ingredients. When called about it they refused to do anything to fix the situation. Will not order from them again.

Filled up my water jugs here and bought a thrifty ice cream. Had to park kinda far which was hard cause I had four 5 gallon jugs not much places to park. But other than that the staff is rude

Just ordered from Uber eats tostilocos & escamocho & it was soook good I put certain notes on how I wanted it & they gave it to me exactly how I wanted it so good & I do go in stores sometimes & they’re all super nice

We went today l ordered a verduro but they charge me for tostilocos I tell the lady that was a mistake and I try to pay the difference for my verduro and she said that she can't do that I never coming back it is was my favorite place but not anymore!

This place is awesome, would 100% be great for a ice cream date

This place is cute and definitely has excellent customer service!! I went there tonight and my cherry fell off my sundae when I was walking out (which I was embarrassed about) I was going to pick it up but the nice lady that worked there said not to worry that they'll pick it up. She made me feel better about the situation and less embarrassed! She even offered to get me another cherry!!! So sweet and I'm definitely coming here again and again. Just moved to this area , so I found my new ice cream spot! ? Thanks to the staff for making me feel welcome and not being rude about this.

Sad and very angry, the workers were very rude because this Saturday I left mass with my family and we were very comfortable going to this place to eat ice cream with my family. We sat very comfortably and we were not the only ones, there were more people who were already arriving They served us, we sat down, the truth is we didn't realize the time, but it was exactly 9:05, we were about to finish our snows and one of the girls told me in a bad way, we're going to close, and they were not friendly, they were good, anyway, they were attending to the last people and on one side there was another one eating and he didn't say anything to all of them, he just looked at me with his gaze and in a bad way he told me we are going to close and there were more people and the other table eating only acted rude to me and my family It's not the first time I've been a customer but I'm not going back there.
