Oh man, it was my first time there, not disappointed, chill vibes, beautiful view of the city, i mean just a great place to spend some time with friends, get some some drinks and food, and i forget my server name but she was 11/10 doing her job….! I’ll be back for sure….!

I came here for a birthday party with a friend. After having a few drinks My wife was not feeling very good and she went to use the restroom ended up walking into the kitchen and they kicked her out. She was definitely too drunk to just be sent off outside without any warning to the rest of her party. She didn’t have her phone or anyway to let everyone at the table know that she was gone. I think The staff should have alerted the rest of her party that she needed to leave instead of just kicking her out for accidentally walking into the kitchen

Diablo Rooftop is hands-down one of the best rooftop bars in downtown Phoenix. Perched atop the Cambria Hotel, it offers sweeping skyline and sunset views that pair perfectly with their craft cocktails, I’m still dreaming about the Hibiscus Margarita! The food is surprisingly excellent too (pizza lovers, rejoice). The ambiance is vibrant but relaxed, and the service, from bartenders to Cesar our server, was friendly and attentive. A must-visit spot for date nights, after-work drinks, or any time you want to enjoy the city from above.

This place is amazing! The vibe was so perfect- they had a live band (which were so amazing) plus a DJ later into the night. The food and service- literally the best! Such a beautiful place to have a chill night out! 100% recommend to any and everyone!!
This was our first time staying at the Cambria Hotel and going to Diablo. WOW I am floored how smooth the whole process went. I booked my party reservation in early 2024 and on the day of the party I called a few hours before our reservation time, 7pm, to see if I could set up 15 minutes early. I spoke with the bar manager and she explained to me that the previous manager never input my contact information and she had no way on getting a hold of me. My. heart. SANK. It's OK! We chatted and got everything confirmed that she needed, I was able to come up early and had a shared laugh. I forgot her name but you are a lovely person, I am sorry I didn't get to meet you when we arrived but thank you for being so kind and accommodating!
Onto the service, Nataly, Nataly, NATALY! She gave the best service I have ever had in an establishment. There were 2 parties, ours and one other and she had both. She never made us feel that we had to search for her, she took photos, she even got the help of Ray and another employee, to pull up a piece of the concrete block to rescue a rubber bit that got stuck and broke off one of my party guests heel. Nothing went wrong this entire evening. Food and drinks were coming out timely and no one wanted or waited for anything. She and the rest of the staff were so unbelievably kind and even let us hang out 30 minutes past our reservation time. If you go here ask for Nataly. Hands down you will not be disappointed. Diablo review reader, Nataly, and everyone who helped our party that night deserve a huge raise! Please tell them again thank you for all they did. I know it's part of the job but they really did go above and beyond.
This place is to go to spot for good food, drinks and the best thing you can ask for a VIEW! Since the time I called to ask about the age requirements I was met with professionalism and kindness. Upon entering the rooftop we were met with a warm welcome and amazing vibes. I got the Diablo fries and the playa Azul drink. The fires were beyond my expectations and the drink was perfect. The music is good and the staff was so accommodating especially our server Sabrina! Her service was so great I had to ask the manager Ray to come over and let him know the time we had here. I would definitely recommend coming here 5 out 5!!!
