This place is no bueno. Ordered 2 drinks and it took 15 minutes for the bartender to even show up to the bar. The drinks were subpar. I had a mocktail and a cloud 9. They were expensive so you feel obligated to finish it. The atmosphere was fun, but otherwise the service was subpar.

Nice Place to go on a Date I guess the food is Ok but All I wants to say is the DJ is wack only plays Hispanic music straight trash we would of stayed but the music selection was horrible ok ok I did hear 1 song By Biggie Smalls then it was back to other stuff that was the reason we left O and the bar doesn’t take cash Wow

My husband & I had our anniversary dinner here. The experience was wonderful, the food was delicious & came in a decent amount of time. The waiter was nice & the view was great! Highly recommended & we will be returning.

Diablo From the Rooftop is a rare gem in Phoenix, combining skyline views, craft bites, and a chilled brunch energy that feels elevated without pretense. Perched atop the Cambria Hotel, its 360° view deck makes every seat feel special. Their “Beats + Brunch” weekends bring laid-back DJs, light food offerings, and a spirited but comfortable daytime mood. Small plates, shareables, elevated bar fare, and brunch twists (like tacos and creative salads) pair beautifully with their cocktail menu. The ambiance balances lounge lounge vibes with social energy, the kind of place you want to brunch past noon, soak in views, and ease into evening. Consistently high quality, creative in approach, and a go-to rooftop when you want more than just coffee + pancakes.
