No food at an event, just drinks.

Buyer Beware: Gadzooks is now (Sep 2nd) serving half (or, in my estimation, less than half) the amount of nachos that they served six weeks ago (July 14) at Chase Field--- for the same price of $21. This is a total ripoff.
I contacted Gadzooks for a refund, will report back when I hear from them.
9/13/24: After a follow-up email, management has reached out and will issue a refund.

Guys, this is really pathetic for a $13 burrito at the Diamondbacks game. Even the staff looked at me with an “I’m sorry “ look. You guys have a great product but this is not it. There was actually a bite in the middle of the “burrito” that had no filling!

My experience at this restaurant is a one! I thought the food was disgusting greasy and the spices were not correct. I ordered two tacos, two enchiladas and they put each one in a separate aluminum baking dish with the tacos Pita bread folded with the meat juices, covered with cheese, then put it in a pizza oven to bake covered with cheeses and sauces. It was impossible to take out of the baking dish to eat. It all fell apart. The Crema and the guacamole was extremely spicy. this place is extremely expensive with absolutely no atmosphere. I am a major foodie and like off-the-wall cuisines, I think you get more money for your buck if you go to Taco Bell’s or Del taco, the money you’ll save take your partner to the movies! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
Food was OK, but nothing spectacular. Service was the same. The burritos are pre-made, so you can't change anything (e.g.: no onions).

First time here, and last! This was a pick-up order. Let me quote their description.."A massive pair of enchiladas" What did I actually get??.."2 small, skinny, slightly burnt 5 1/2 inch long enchiladas, with a 5 out of 10 for flavor, 12 cold chips, and some mediocre salsa on the side, all for low price of $18.38. Oh, and no silverware! I am literally typing this while trying to scrape the burnt sections off the bottom of the tray so I can feel like I [actually] got something! What a complete, utter waste of my money. "Redefining the Enchilada", let's see, put a fancy name up, make it super expensive, ah, it MUST be good......no, it's NOT! Reheated the second enchilada, and half way through there was no meat, just cheese......unbelievable!!
Gadzooks is excellent. It’s a must visit spot. I cannot recommend it enough. You will love it for sure.
You WILL NOT find NACHOS OR TACOS that can even match the level in terms of QUALITY and AND QUANTITY In The Entire Ballpark. If you want to watch the game instead of aimlessly walking around LOOKING for something “GOOD”, then stop by gadzooks my friend, Stop By Gazooks!
