I placed an order online for the first time. I did receive a confirmation but no shipping advice for about three weeks. When I called, I spoke with a very apologetic Heidi who explained the delay. Shortly thereafter, we received our order in the most professional packaging. Happy they used UPS because we had bad experience with FedEx. The only suggestion I would make is that they do not charge the customer UNTIL the day that the order is actually shipped.

Have been going here for years for the best authentic German sausage arguably in all of the states. Mentioned to one of the employees going on a youth elk hunt with my son she said hold on, owner came out and told me they do custom wild game processing as well. I was blown away!
My son harvested and I brought him the meat from his cow. About a week later it was done! Absolutely incredible quality, communication and only the best ingredients no garbage no nitrates just amazing sausage.
I recommended ANYONE in search of honest processing and the best german meats this is the place! If I could give thme 10 stars I would!!!

This is the second time I ordered online and had no issues. The sausages are packed in a cooler with dry ice. I live in Texas and twice I received my orders in a cool condition. I love their Lands Jaeger, Teewurst, Bloodwurst and Wieners. The Leberkaese is also to recommendable with an excellent taste. Their sausages taste like back home from Germany.

The owner was so rude to me. I asked to try the cooked ham and she said I tried it last time I was there which is not true at all. She looked at me like i am trying to get something for free. I told her i did not try it before and she argued with me. I said this is rude and she told me to leave the store. Up until this point I was a loyal customer. I used to spend a lot of money there, monthley or weekley. She kicked me out and said don't ever come back. I could not believe it. I am shocked. I used to do a great advertising for them by reccomending people to buy there. But No More!!!! They just lost a loyal customer forever.

The only thing bad is that they are closed on Sundays and Mondays. They have the best selection of German delights and the people "Annette ' is extremely nice and professional. Try the wurst, kase, and fleish salad and you will be a regular I'm sure!

The entire online transaction is a joke.Had to send several emails to get shipping details and 1 month later I am still waiting for an unshipped paid item and they don’t answer my request.Customer service is not part of their vocabulary ☹️
