It seemed like a nice place with a good atmosphere although the seating looked uncomfortable. Their menu showed you what drinks they had but nothing listed what food they had other than 'breakfast burritos'. I had to wait a long time to see the server who was nice.

However, it turned out they only had one kind of breakfast burrito as they're all pre made and it wasn't vegetarian. So a total waste of my time.

This is my second time coming to Giant Coffee. The vibes are always cozy & chill. Both times I have come, I did not struggle finding a seat, which I definitely should be because this place is amazing. Moody lights, big windows, plants everywhere, yummy pastries! It's a perfect place to study or catch up on work. The employees are also very kind & keep the cafe exceptionally clean. I would recommend Giant Coffee to anyone looking for a hidden & local spot embedded in the middle of Phoenix.

Popped in here after leaving the Phoenix Art Museum. I ordered an iced honey vanilla oat milk latte. It was amazing. A large was not large enough. I would love to return when in the area again!

The food is great! I go here after school and love the environment. However there’s one specific worker who threatens to kick people out and bans everything besides sitting quietly. I’ve had to leave multiple times due to me being uncomfortable. Love the place, dislike the server. However other workers are very nice.

Friendly service, delicious chocolate chip scone, and a velvety hot chai with oat milk. It's been a while since I've had such a good chai. I stopped here before the art museum opens to read a little and have a bite for breakfast and a pick me up. I am very picky and have to say, this was a perfect visit. Chill atmosphere, beautiful views, and plenty of seating. The prices are good for the quality of goods they offer. Any cheaper and they would be underselling themselves.

Can't speak for the food, but the coffee prices are ridiculous. Two medium lattes came out to $18 with a $2 tip. So even without the tip, $16. Starbucks is cheaper at this point.

Just discovered this quiet little urban coffee shop. Reasonable prices on very nice coffee. The atmosphere is really good, too. Lots of tropical plants and large windows with natural light. The shop was quite busy when I arrived in the afternoon, but the environment was surprisingly quiet and comfortable. It’s a great place to study or do some work. There’s a wide variety of seating options.

Such a cute place! I needed a hot tea on a rainy day and they delivered! Great portion size for the price and kind, personable customer service! Definitely a strange area of town but being right across from the library is so iconic! I will definitely be coming back!

We needed a convenient place to wait for an hour and found Giant Coffee. We thought we missed the parking in the front, but there is a parking lot in the back behind a set of gates. Plenty of parking on a Thursday at 11:30. I ordered a large mocha and it was perfect. Not to sweet, not excessively mocha tasting. It was topped with a decoratively poured flourish of milk. Perfect touch. I also had a Snicker Dooddle cookie that was nice to dip in the coffee. There's a lot of seating and people were there on their laptops so must be good wifi.

Coffee was good with prices on par for other coffee shops. I did not try any of the food. Not a LOT of variety, yet a very appealing and effective menu.

Place was very clean. Seating was interesting and effective. No outdoor seating.

Service was very nice. Atmosphere was very calm.

Parking is a bit minimal. Some in front, some in back.

If there was an option for 2.5 stars, I would’ve put that down. This place is not for me, but works well with people who are looking for a comfortable place to work from home. I bought a honey vanilla latte and a breakfast burrito and paid $18.46.

The honey vanilla latte was cloyingly sweet. I recommend it iced rather than hot, served as a double in the same size or to ask for less syrup if ordered hot. The breakfast burrito was wholly O.K. The sage breakfast sausage was actually very good, but all other elements of the burrito were entirely nondescript. It took 15 mins to heat from cold which the barista did warn me about so I have no problem with that.

The atmosphere was very reminiscent of a corporate cafeteria. The entirety of the cafe is occupied by people who work from home which includes people taking meetings. The cafe seems geared towards this, hosting long individual bench seats with easy access to wall outlets and few sit and chat tables.
