What an unexpected find! Stopped in between my daughter's basketball games and was impressed at the selection. The lady who helped us was very friendly and helpful. We bought some soft pretzels, cupcakes, and the cinnamon sugar cookies. All were excellent. My daughter is newly gluten-sensitive so finding businesses who are helping make that situation better is very appreciated. I normally don't write reviews but felt this place was deserving. Nice job!

I have a friend that is gluten free, and for her birthday I went shopping here. So many choices. I bought her bread, bagels. Brownies and cookies. They even sell the mixes to make your own brownies and cookies. For her birthday cake I gave her a pecan cinnamon roll and she loved it.

They have the best tasting gluten free products I’ve tried! Loving the sourdough bread, bagels, strawberry cupcakes and scones!! Also had great service from the employee telling me about the products and owner’s story.

Gluten Free Creations Bakery is a true gem for anyone needing or choosing gluten-freek, their selection is huge, from breads, bagels and cinnamon rolls to donuts, cupcakes, and full-size cakes. Everything tastes fresh and satisfying: I’ve tried their bagels, muffins, and a cinnamon-roll, and even my non-GF friends were impressed by how “normal” they tasted. The bakery is clean, welcoming, and clearly takes care with allergen-free baking. It’s great to find a place that makes gluten-free feel delicious instead of restrictive. Highly recommend it if you want quality baked goods without gluten (and many dairy-free or vegan-friendly treats too).

Great local place! Stopped in and it smelled amazing. Wanted to try everything. Settled for some molasses spice cookies that are delicious. Next time I come I'm going to try the sourdough.

Been trying to reach this bakery by phone for days to see if they have what I want before driving all the way from west valley. Does anyone know if they’re still in business? They don’t answer phone or respond to voicemail.
All I can say is YUM! Soft, tender, topped with vegan choc chips for even more flavor, these things are fabulous!!
Shout out to Debbie at GFC! Got a super yummy GF chocolate babka. Will be back for sure!

Gluten Free Creations Bakery is a comforting oasis for anyone seeking delicious gluten‑free treats in Scottsdale! This locally‑owned gem impresses with its wide array of freshly made bagels, cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, cupcakes, and more, all free of gluten and often featuring dairy‑free or vegan options. The staff are genuinely helpful, and the prices pleasantly reasonable for a specialty bakery. Whether you need a satisfying breakfast sandwich warmed up or want to pick up a cherry pie for the holidays, their offerings consistently deliver both quality and flavor. A truly dependable spot for allergy‑friendly baking done right.

My 10yr old son is gluten free and loves this bread instead of the gluten free stuff sold in grocery stores.

I love the Oat Bread! I live alone, so I put 3-4 slices at a time in the fridge. It’s so tasty, and since it comes frozen it stays fresh until I finish it. I also like their Lemon cake, but the icing is so sweet it’s like a sugar bomb, so don’t do that much. The pumpkin loaf is great too. Should be back on the menu soon.

Tucked away in a small strip mall in North Phoenix, Gluten Free Creations is a hidden gem for anyone who’s gluten-free or vegan. The shop has an entire wall of refrigerators stocked with fresh baked goods ready to grab and go—super convenient! They also offer dry mix bags if you want to try baking gluten-free goodies at home (I didn’t catch the price, though). I picked up a vegan chocolate chip cookie that was soft, rich, and delicious—definitely on the pricey side, but worth it. The snickerdoodles were also amazing—perfectly spiced and chewy. Tons of variety and great quality. A must-visit if you’re in the area!

Over all the place looks kind of like a dive, almost didn't go in. Their items are kept in a freezer so be aware if you want something fresh now! I got lucky, they had maybe 5 single items out for sale.
Was thrilled to see they have gluten free & vegan together in a few items. I had a chocolate cupcake, nothing special just okay, frosting melted fast & weird, but it was moist. The coconut cupcake had a different type of frosting that held better and was to die for!! Once again moist but also decadent in flavor.
Cupcakes are small/average size and cost me a total of $9 for the two! Glad I found a yummy treat but not sure about going back for that price.
