Golden Coin Chinese Buffet

The options were severely limited about 6 in total and only 4 out of 6 were available.No orange,sesame or any other typical chicken except fried.i dont know what the other 2 choices were but you only had fried rice,lo mein,egg rolls and fried chicken as i mentioned prior.The fried rice had a greasy taste like the same oil was being used again and the lo mein had a bland taste.the chicken was good and the egg rolls were ok as well.it is but it isn't all you can eat because a guy serves you which is fine I guess but he was a little short with a lady I saw who was getting seconds.

While I'm generally impressed by decent food for affordable prices, the chicken isn't great, and I can't say its always sat well with me.

This is the OG spot. I have been going here for about 20 years now. Just had it last night and it never gets old. My favorite Chinese. When you get carried out, they are not shy about filling up your takeout plate.

Everytime we go there the staff is super freindly, the service is super fast and the restaurant is always humbling

only 8 or 9 different types of food to choose, chicken legs. chicken wings and pork, fried rice with out any protein and the same with noodles, the give you your food on a paper plate and very small plastic fork, well for 11 dollars maybe is okay

The ladies were nice and entertaining! The paper plates and plastic forks given for dining-in, were spectacular! My date brought me here, hehe, it was both of our first time eating here, and it's definitely a memorial first date experience 😁! The sweet and sour pork was good, I didn't get an egg roll, however, low mein (my favorite) was super yummO! The veggies were also good, crisp enough and not soggy!

man this place is cool. the ambiance is worth the price alone. very in-between space and time vibes. hard to describe. you have to see it yourself.

great value for the quality and quantity of food. menu options are sparse but everything tastes great. cash only but it adds to the experience.

will visit again.

I had the worst customer service experience here. I went in last night with my 8 year old daughter. The lady in the front looked my daughter up and down and told me i had to pay full price for her. THE DISCRIMINATION!!!!! I was so mad. Then she told me she didn’t care and ask “do you want to eat or not”. I have been coming here for years and that lady needs to change her service or not work there anymore. On the food side they wait until all the food is gone before cooking more. So if it is jot busy you will not get fresh food.

Tried buying two lunches. Drinks? Are they included? No. Ok then we’ll just have water. She grabs two bottles of water. Is there a charge? Yes. No, just give us cups of water. No, you buy water. What? Then my mom says it’s ok I’ll drink my own bottle in my purse. -No outside drink. Fine she won’t drink it, but still just two lunches. No outside drink. No outside drink. So instead of going back out into the heat to leave her drink in the car, I opted to leave. But not without telling her is against AZ law to refuse water. I called the police dept. I called health services. I called an inspector for the restaurant area. It is morally wrong to refuse water and then force your patrons to buy water. If Golden Coin refuses water because of no filter system or back flow prevention that is still a violation of operations, right? Really disappointed.

Everything about this place was just ok. It was quite busy when i got their and no where really to wait. Their was a large selection of food. It tasted ok once again but wouldnt say any of it was exceptional or stood out.
