Found this spot on Google during my lunch break and almost missed it since there’s no sign outside. Glad I walked in — the owners were really welcoming and helpful explaining the menu without being pushy.

I got the cucumber lime strawberry refresher with electrolytes and B12 which I thought was cool. They sell a bunch of healthy things. I was interested in the protein shakes, they sounded really good but at the time I was craving something to quench my thirst.

They mentioned they also offer free workouts during the week, which is a great touch.

Definitely worth checking out.

Cute little family run place. Only got a protein drink. Butter pecan and it was sooo good. Can’t wait to get back to try it all!

Food is made fresh is about the only upside here. The donuts look a lot better than they taste. Everything is insanely expensive. The drinks are made out of powder and my drink is about a one third powder no matter how much i try to stir it. I got a drink and what I thought was a doughnut for $27. $27 for a drink and a doughnut is way too much money. If I had known the price ahead of time, I would not have placed my order. The prices are not well listed. The menu is pretty bad and doesn’t have all prices and foods listed.

I am so happy that I found this shop since moving to Arizona. We’ve been looking for a good herbal life lift off shop again as part of our daily routine. The owner is the sweetest. She was so helpful. My husband has never tried it before so she educated him on the lift off tea’s. Lol 😂 I love that this place is family based as a mom of three kids. I definitely feel comfortable bringing them here with me to enjoy their items as well. We will be back 🫶🏼

Ordered a few protein shakes, some butter pecan donuts… an immunity booster, & a green detox juice! I loved everything! The food is amazing & the shakes are so good I didn’t even want to share with my wife. They are SO good. This will now be my go to spot.

I stopped in about a year ago to try and shake and I ended up losing 21 lbs in less than a month. Jon is one of the most energetic and kind people you will ever meet. The shakes are super good and you can feel/taste how pure the shakes and teas are. There are a variety of flavors and the atmosphere in this place is so pure.
