The only thing you can say about Gracie's is it's Gracie's. It has its own unique vibe and atmosphere.

Super cool story about Post Malone on social media showing up at Tax Bar. I think it’s worth going home for a visit to Arizona!

Went on a Saturday night. It is a big room w a few tables and one bar and then a backyard as the dance floor. No cover charge but a 30 ish min wait to enter around 11pm

Gracie’s Tax Bar is one of my favorite spots in Phoenix! The atmosphere is perfect whether you’re hanging out inside or enjoying the outdoor patio. They host weekly live music and creative events that make every visit feel different. I love that it’s such a hub for local artists, musicians, and even arts & crafts vendors—it really feels like a true community space. It’s easy to see why this place is such a well-known local favorite. The energy is always fun, and they’re constantly bringing people together. They also recently opened Club Contact nearby, if you're looking for more weekly events and live music.

When is it not a good experience?! We love Gracie’s from the vibe to the fashion to the entertainment! One of our favorite little local spots. Can’t wait for the good weather so we can sit outside! Thanks for having us!

Anyone complaining about this place doesn’t get it. Staff is amazing and works together like a whale oiled machine.
It’s the spot for locals, transplants and visitors alike.
Also a staple night cap after a live show in the area. Great place to keep the vibes going.

Please get a different dj for puro pinche party night 😭

Edit: I totally understand not trying to be hater 😘 I just would love to see other Latino djs on those nights too. But hey if that their night, that’s night. Maybe other Latino night for other djs?

This is the dive bar you've been looking for. Chopped cheese, pickle fries, great beer, large bourbon selection, mezcal, solid classic cocktails, awesome vibes, the best ancient photo booth, and reasonable prices... what?

Update- no changes other than this is the bar that I keep coming back to. Prices are more than reasonable, service is great, and the people watching is immaculate.

Terrible service, honestly this was perhaps the worst experience we have had in some time now. We will not be returning. I will never be put in a position to have to beg to be served a drink by a bartender who doesn’t care about their job.

I absolutely love going to Gracie's. The cheese curds are 10/10. Brandon and Eli are my favorite to annoy. The patio (love going out there for a smoke) and inside are decorated and lit perfectly. Out of all the bars downtown this is by far my favorite to stop at. Drinks are reasonably priced and they host a ton of events. Can't wait to keep making memories here! ♡︎

Honestly I hate leaving a negative review for a bar, but am super disappointed after going to Gracie's today. The bartender was super inattentive, had to basically beg for a drink and kept forgetting our drinks when we did order them. More disappointing is we came after they advertised streaming love island on their social media every day, hoping to watch at a bar. There were multiple other girls there for the same thing as well as people calling to ask about love island, only for the male bartenders to answer the phone and then make fun of the people calling to ask about an advertised event. When one patron asked about love island, the bartender proceeded to talk about how it was dumb and he wasn't going to put it on, so we essentially wasted our time and energy to get bad service and not get to watch the show we came for. It is frustrating because it feels very much like this wouldn't ever happen if it were a group of men trying to watch a game at a bar.
