Drinks are okay, horrible vibes 80% of the time. The baristas are usually pretty stuck up and rude. 20% of the time thats not true, but just don't expect a "friendly" encounter. They have smoothies but not actually because i've actually never been able to get one since every single locations blender is "broken". Not a great coffee shop, lattes are decent, but matcha is subpar. Never really have a good experience, usually Im called back before my drink is ready because their out of something they didnt know about before i ordered. I like going because its a convenient place to study on campus, but if you are into coffee shops at all, youll probably be disappointed:(

They don’t take reusable cups and only have lids for straws so generate a LOT of plastic waste! I hope they consider strawlesss sip lids and incentivizing reusable cups in the future

GCBC used to be fine until they start to rip people off by charging them $0.25 for less ice because “it gives more product” when they put a lot of ice in their drink to mess up the taste.

I love this place. I get a stampede every day. But today I went to the Diamondback location (where I always go) and found a fingernail in my drink. Absolutely disgusting. I love GCBC but I don't know if I'll ever go to this location again.

Cashier did not tell me they put diary-containing blend base into every blended drink, including plain tea. Could’ve caused someone a medical emergency. No signs were visible about the diary containing blend base either. Next time, please make sure that your customer is well informed.

Bad service. Did not inform me they add diary based blend base into blended ice tea. No information on sign either. Is this even legal? If you're lactose intolerant, best chance don't order anything from there because they'll never tell you what they put in. Staff were passive aggressive when I asked about this. Save your medical bills and go somewhere else.

Excellent coffee and super friendly service. I was very pleasantly surprised. I had the macchiato and loved it and my son had one of the fancy drinks blended and also really enjoyed it. There are multiple seating options both inside and outside. Lots of students were hanging out, doing homework, and enjoying their coffee.
