One thing I cannot stand is poor customer service! Especially when I use my hard earned money for over-priced food. I come often enough and order the daily special (2 slices of pizza and 10 wings) that typically comes with two ranch dipping sauces. Today I ordered a 16” pizza & 25 wings and was given 1 ranch. When I asked for additional ranch + cheese I was told I must pay an additional 90c and when I asked why do I get more ranch with less food the response is “that’s just what you get. that’s just what it comes with” from the manager himself. No explanation not “sorry about the inconvenience” just short and snarky. I won’t come back though, i’ll visit the other two pizza spots in the plaza and will be happy to give my money to them! Bad for business

I came on my lunch break and got the lunch special, it’s a really good and cheap deal for sure. The pizza was delicious it was nice and clean inside. I used to live around the area grandpas pizza has been around forever and is still a great place to eat at. I forgot to take a pic of the pizza but took a pic of what I got out of the sticker machine they have inside. Edit I added a pic of pizza I got a few days after this visit when I came again

Me and my lady went to Grandpa's Pizza yesterday and the pizza is amazing the wings I've never had a honey barbecue with mustard sauce and that was delicious we really loved going there for the food atmosphere was pretty cool his mellow it wasn't no rush great customer service I would highly recommend going there again plus they had
Was a bit upset the tap brew is gone...took long and learned calling in order is essential...but I will say pizza was slammin...ordered wings extra crispy....totally satisfied...get coors light
