I remember coming to Grandpa's Pizza all the time growing up, it was the BEST place for Pizza 🍕 and wings . But since I have not stopped by what feels like in years, I got a large pepperoni pizza with 6 wings on the side. Major disappointment 😞 the pizza was flavorless and a lot more geezy than I ever remembered, absolutely no flavor so bland. Wings were okay . Im nor sure what changed but sadly I won't be back anytime soon.
One thing I cannot stand is poor customer service! Especially when I use my hard earned money for over-priced food. I come often enough and order the daily special (2 slices of pizza and 10 wings) that typically comes with two ranch dipping sauces. Today I ordered a 16” pizza & 25 wings and was given 1 ranch. When I asked for additional ranch + cheese I was told I must pay an additional 90c and when I asked why do I get more ranch with less food the response is “that’s...
