I ordered two Euro sandwiches and they were both a little on the dry side. It was Sunday afternoon and I ordered the sandwiches. I used to be honest I was a little underwhelmed of the flavor, they use the small size pita instead of the larger one that a lot of other Greek places use. Nothing about the Euro sandwiches that we ate with want us to come back here again.

The woman who works during the week provides excellent service. However, the young man who was working this Saturday had very poor customer service. He seemed annoyed that I was dining in and spent most of his time on his phone. Also, the containers that hold the utensils need to be cleaned more regularly.

Athena Pita is hands down one of my favorite spots to eat! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and authentic—you can tell everything is made with real care. The pita is warm and fluffy, the gyro meat is seasoned perfectly, and their sauces are next level. On top of that, the staff is super friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. I ordered the #2 value meal: falafel sandwich, fries, and a drink. It's $12.95, $14.08 with tax. I paid with a credit card. After my payment was processed, cashier tells me there is no ice. So I had to have my drink warm on a HOT afternoon. She could have told me, before I ordered, about the lack of ice, or at least before I paid. Five stars for the food, but only two for the service. Three stars overall.
