I was in the mood for Greek and a healthy lunch a few weeks ago. I saw this place pop up on my search and was drawn to it since it was authentic and not a chain restaurant. I spoke with Susan when I placed my order and knew by her demeanor over the phone that I was in for a good experience. I ordered the horiatiki salad with grilled chicken and pita bread. When I arrived at the restaurant she called me by name and we had a nice chat at the counter. It felt like I was talking to family, she is very personable. She explained it was only her and her husband running the business, with them now only doing take out orders. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and clean. I wish I knew about this place sooner to experience dine in, but I'm glad your restaurant is still around for takeout! I'll be back soon!

One of the best meals I’ve had in Phoenix. The flavor is incredible. The owners are sweethearts and the food is authentic and fresh not Americanized basics. We were so glad we found this place but sad we found it not in its prime. Will keep going here as long as they’ll have us!

First visit today. We were greeted by Tony and Susan. We felt like family after a few minutes. Such a welcoming restaurant and wonderful owners. Take out only but there is no junk food here so it’s worth the inconvenience. Thank you for a great experience. Wendy and Jilber.

No people, take out only, sad because it’s a beautiful place
Drove by on the bus!!
Carry out only now due to COVID shutdown previously, but the food and service to the consuming customer is fabulous: freshest Greek salads, authentic flavorful Greek dishes for lunch or dinner, and friendly warm conversation with owners and chef Tony and Sue, you can’t go wrong.

This is a ‘Take Out’ only restaurant. They’ve not recovered since Covid. And this in a way detracts from dining here more as it’s a good drive from where I live. I ordered the Ovgolemono soup, and Gyros sandwich. The soup was good: the right amount of broth, rice, and chicken. Only negatives were few: a bit lemony, having a seed in the soup, and a small bone. The Gyros was good. Unique in having feta cheese with thin slices of onion; slices of tomatoes, and tzatziki sauce on a pita. The meat was a bit strange as I felt it was pre-sliced, and not sliced off a spit. No lettuce was requested as I find that an unwanted ingredient. I like a Gyros simple: meat, thin slices of white or sweet onions, slices of tomato, and tzatziki sauce. It would be nicer to have a sit down meal. And view a full service menu. Possibly try some of the desserts as I recall many a Greek pastry or cookie which my mom had made. I hope they turn things around; hire a staff; and hold regular hours.
Recommended dishes: Chicken Avgolemono

Very inauthentic food. There wasn’t anything wrong with it and it was fresh and tasty but definitely not what one expects from a Greek restaurant. The Horiatiki salad was loaded with basil (?) and the octopus was drenched in gravy (??). The grape leaves definitely looked like they came out of a can. Otherwise the restaurant is very cute, though they only do takeout al lunch time.

This place is extremely hot and the staff is completely rude I was picking up a order the older woman kept telling me 5 minutes then after 15 min I advise her I was going to cancel the order she proceeded to tell me that I'm not gonna cancel it and that this isn't a fast food restaurant. Then her and her cook proceeded to talk about me while I was right there he even offered to "say something to me" . at that point I cancel the order and left.
Nice owners sadly bad food. They only have take-out option, we ended up tossing $90.00 of food. Our family is Greek have never had Greek food the way they make it. They need new blood in their kitchen.
