Picked up two subs and drove 3 minutes home. Got home to eat and one of the subs was completely unwrapped, spilling toppings everywhere. Went to try and restack it and discovered the bread was completely soggy and hadn't even been properly cut in half (it was cut into a third into the length, and only on the top portion so it was a nightmare to rearrange). It tasted good, but halfway through eating I almost ended up swallowing a clear plastic hair tie that was hiding inside the sandwich. And it's definitely not an onion, it's literally one of those tiny clear hair bands used to secure really small braids. Really sucks cause my husband's looked (and tasted) fantastic, i just don't know why mine sucked so bad.

Me and my brother were touring Sunnyslope Highschool and got grinders 50% off coupons for all drinks. We got boba before school one morning, and it was amazing. No need to get 6 dollar Starbucks drinks anymore. I am a little bummed i cant go before school anymore since it does not open until 9.

This place has hours that are not convenient. Tried to place an online order at 630 and was told it would be ready the next day. They close at 7. How long does it take to make a sub. Strike three for me. I give up trying this place.

What an absolutely delightful place. The employees help answer any and all questions. It clearly is a gem of the Sunnyslope community and shows that love right back.

Ed and his team catered our event of 120+ Department of Insurance empoyees today, the pick up was fast and easy. The food was delicious and everyone was happy with the subs and salads WHICH BTW ARE HUGE. I devoured mine and wish for more. Please take a ride down there and try their subs. Oh and I ordered an americano and it was the most smoothest coffee I had in along time. Never realized how much starbuckS burns theirs.

So disappointing
ordered 4 panini sandwiches on-line for pick-up. Each sandwich was missing items essential to the named sandwich, and missing requested items and condiments requested.

I ordered a veggie sub (cheese only) last week and brought it home. It was terrible- the bread was tough and chewy, but the worst part is these cheap people literally cut a piece of cheese in half, then cut another half piece of cheese to make it fit lengthwise. So I paid $10.50 with tax and tip for a sandwich with ONE and a third piece of cheese. I called to speak to the manager to complain; turns out it was the same young girl who took my order. She said I should have brought it back if I didn't like it (on a Friday night when I was exhausted). I raised my voice because she kept interrupting me, insisting the bread wasn't "burnt", I didn't get one piece of cheese on my "grilled cheese" and I didn't pay $10.50. She called me a racist because I asked- are you the Asian girl who was there? So SHE was there and it was only 2 girls working. So either she made my sandwich or oversaw the other girl. After telling me to be "kind" she hung up on me. WOW
