Excellent service!! I was trying to put a quick celebration together and did not just want pizza from across the street. I did a phone in and the gentleman was so helpful and super professional. As we came and picked up he did have it ready exactly 20 mins ! He kept it in a warmer until we did arrive. Everyone very much enjoy all 3 large pizzas.!!!
Food is excellent. Very fresh pizza - the dough is delicious.The mild Buffalo wings have a generous amount of sauce and are crispy too! The folks behind the counter were patient and informative on the options and letting me know what comes with my combo! The quality and service here is unexpected and awesome.

Brutally honesty here: I would never even pay a dollar for a slice. The quality of the cheese is not tasty I mean the sauce is not even flavorful. The dough is like very chewy.umm...definitly a once in a life time try for me..

On the 22nd, I ordered a pizza for delivery half chicken and half veggie. Once it arrived to my location we noticed that it was all chicken which could not be eaten because the person the pizza was mainly for does not eat meat. We called and explained this the guy over the phone said just pick off, he made it right (even after sending photos), and began to call me out of my name such as FA***T and N***ER (use your imagination). The right business thing to do is to offer to remake the pizza and correct it or a refund. His response was I would have to bring the pizza in into the location to get an refund which defeats the purpose of delivery. After being called out of my name a numerous amount of times I decided to arrive at the location for my refund. The moment I arrived he came out the back hostile and trying to bait me to break character. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NOT BE BACK TO ANY GUS LOCATION AFTER THIS. In 2023 I get called out of my name for the color of my skins/sound of voice and also my sexuality is unacceptable.

Ordered pizza from Gus’s thinking it was the 91st ave one but no it was inside the mall so I go when my order says it’s ready and I get there and they say it will be another 15 minutes which turned out to be like 25 minutes, they barely started my pizza when I got there it was crazy and the place looks so ghetto and dirty ?? last time I go there the people working there look sketchy too. Pizza wasn’t all that great either. Was a little undercooked so all the sauce cheese would slide off with one bite ??♂️ last time I go to this place and I would not recommend it to anyone go somewhere else like the one on 91s ave ? waay better service and pizza ?

I got to the place to pick up and pay for my online order. The cashier wanted to charge me way more than the actual price listed for my online order. He clearly had no idea what he was doing. I just left the place. Good thing is i did not pay for the online order and glad i didn't because he would have charged me way more that the online order. He even went on to say that i was crazy and didn't know what i was ordering and started giving me a lecture of how pricing works in that store. Place lost my business and went to another. Not recommend this place at all to anyone.

This place needs to be shut down ASAP ! I'm so serious. I have so much to say about this place. I used to work there for a couple months and not just the food is disgusting but so are the coworkers and the MANAGER ! and not only I can back that up other coworkers had nicknames being called in arbic, inappropriate nicknames. Health department and a food safety inspection is NEEDED ! The manager literally picks at the wings n fries and pasta n anything he's making in the back before he hands it to the front, he also didn't like throwing away the pizza from the night before AND WOULD KEEP IT AND PUT IT OUT THE NEXT DAY IN THE MORNING !!! he would literally put fresh topping and put it in the oven for it to "Look good". ALSO DO NOT TIP!!! the manager keeps all the tips because he needs to "buy cups, plates etc" I would make over $20 dollars in tips and he kept them all. My new job actually gives me my part in tips. Im saying this place is the worst place i've EVER worked at ! And sadly this is what i had to experience as my first job too. I was embarrassed to work there and the prices are RIDICULOUS !! Customer always argued with me about it. When i worked there, there were roaches n rats we even had a customer see one climb over the pizza boxes ON TOP OF THE OVEN!!!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN !

HORRIBLE!! Order was placed at 5:00pm on Saturday 2/18/23. Was told it would arrive by 5:40pm...at 5:45 it hadn't arrived. Called...was told it was would at my hotel in 10 minutes. At 6:00, still hadn't arrived. Called back...was assured it would be there shortly and was promised a refund....Called back and restaurant wouldn't pick up phone...had my wife call on her phone...someone answered and said delivery person would be at the hotel in 3 minutes...he finally arrived at 6:15pm...pizza was cold. It's now 2/21/23 and I still don't have my refund and the restaurant won't take my call. I'm from out of town and will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!
