It was cold and my wife was there for and waited 10 min before she got the pizza and she ordered the pizza buy phone 30 min before. And in in the hospital right next door!!!

Always order from this location almost every Friday. Today walked in waited at counter for at least 5 min with waitresses walking by behind the counter no acknowledgement at all. Then when someone finally came they couldn't find my order when I clearly showed them order placed correct location payment processed they didn't care to make it right. Customer Service at this location really sucks .

Do not come here if you are looking for food or service. We waited 20 minutes before anyone served us but they served everyone else around us. The bartender only came over for drinks because we had caught her walking by. We then placed an order only to find one 45 minutes later the waitress forgot to put in our order but everyone else around us who came one before and AFTER us had their order.

My daughter and were there late after the Gus's that we first tried closed EARLY; even had a manager type person acknowledging to us that they closed early. Glad we went here. The pizza was so good. Totally hit the spot. Good music playing. Sat outside, beautiful night out.

First time here, found it to watch the MNF game. Started out well then they turned the music on so loud couldn’t hear myself talk let alone hear the game, which was why I was there. It would have been ok if the music was background music but they cranked it up way too loud. Will not return
Placed an order today 11-15-24 Did not receive two of the Items I ordered. I called and was told I would be refunded and a message sent to my phone with the receipt and conformation I was credited back what I was owed. Two hours later I have not received any information back, called and was told the owner would be calling me. THEY DID NOT ASK FOR MY PHONE NUMBER AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I CALLED BACK!!!

What’s funny is that the regulars that are always here get free drinks or Jell-O shots which is crazy I mean I guess since half the people that work here are mostly family right from what I understand from the people talking and getting there free drinks.

Ordered a 24" pepperoni and some bread knots along with a slice of Oreo cheesecake from doordash. Huge huge pizza that was pretty dang good. Savory, salty sauce, good cheese ratio and just about crispy pepperoni on a crunchy almost crackery in a good way crust. It was so massive we didn't touch the bread knots. The Oreo pie unfortunately was a vacuum sealed packaged variety that was tiny to boot. That combined with the choice to employ tiny tiny cups for dipping sauces really hurts a place at this price point (even ignoring the doordash markup).
