My wife works close to Gus's. She's had it delivered to her work and raved about it. So she brought me home one of the chicken sandwiches and wow!! I was blown away with how amazing it was. This time she brought home some of their bone in chicken with the greens and slaw as sides. Absolutely amazing! All of it! I'm a fried chicken fiend. I've eaten a lot of fried chicken from a lot of places. Gus's World Famous fried chicken is quite possibly the best I've ever eaten! If you love fried chicken with some heat, you have to try this place. There's no way that you'll be disappointed!

It is literally in the name. I promise you you're going to take a bite of this chicken And you're going to understand why it's world famous. 👌. And the mac and cheese? Don't even get me started. I took a bite and almost fainted. 😍. I definitely recommend at least trying it. Ill be back here everytime im in az!

We got tenders, a 3 pc chicken, fries, baked bean, coleslaw and potato salad. The slaw was pretty sweet similar to kfc and really good and the kids loved the Mac. The Mac was a step above boxed and tasted like a decent baked Mac. The potato salad was plain and not great. The seasoned fried were really good. The baked beans were good but pretty much just bush's baked beans with a little sugar. Now the chicken was super fresh and hot. However the flavor was nothing special. It didn't have any noticeable spice and a very thin breading so not super crispy. The tenders were thick and meaty but lacked flavor even more than the bone in chicken. Everything was fresh but the flavor left something to be desired. The service was top notch.

Amazing food, best fried chicken I've ever had. Okra was amazing as well. I'll server for Mary was delightful and attentive.

This was ok but it wasn’t nothing to brag about bcuz the greens was from a can as well and the Mac n cheese from the box. The chicken was average bcuz it was cooked in corn starch so everything was basic and if thts what Tennessee see has to offer plz take tht back there bcuz tht wasnt all tht. We tried to potato salad again bland and dry. A lady was offended bcuz I eat ketchup on my chicken bcuz she was acting I ddnt need it on they chicken but dnt tell me how not to eat what im paying. I’ll never return to tht place bcuz all the hype was just tht hyped up for no reason we all can cook what they served no big deal.
