To be fair, we did not eat. After a baseball game, we had a single round and closed out. Decided to stay for another and was charged again for the first round as well. The bartender Deborah rather than offer us a refund for the round we were overcharged, simply opened us new drinks(a third round)... as we were lightrailing and later driving, given the option we would have preferred for her to fix the mistake. However, she figured just giving us the drinks we had already been overcharged for would right her wrong. Disappointing outcome sadly to say the least.

Went on a group trip to the stadium and it’s 111° outside so we went to see if we could go inside and get some water and maybe some appetizers. Upon entry we were greeted and asked if we would be eating or just drinking. We started we’d have some drinks and possibly have some appetizers. When we got our water the waiter kept checking on us asking if we were ready. We stated we would like 1 sprite and the rest waters. He brought that and then continued to ask us if we were ready to order. We then told him we were thinking about it but weren’t ready. After a couple times he sent the manager over and told us that if we weren’t ordering food we needed to go out and have drinks outside so we asked to order one of our children a grilled cheese and he rudely said “is the kid going to be eating it” to which I replied “yes the kid will” then we were told we had to order more than one food item cause there was now a waitlist which made zero sense cause there were ample tables open. What’s the difference ordering a grilled cheese or one appetizer. Very poor management and communication skills. Won’t be going back.

French fries cold, food very unimpressive, menu limited, we watch triple d every night and if Guy visited a restaurant that served this quality food he would be brutal.

Not the experience I expected for a Guy Fieri restaurant even if it was at a ballpark. Service was good, friendly staff, warm greetings from host and server. Floor under our table was not clean, food on the floor. Then I looked up at the light fixtures and air vents and to say they were dirty is an understatement. There were three of us, two having an cocktail and all three having food. Each meal had a different experience for the guest. My meal was disappointing, chicken tenders weren't fresh and was something I would have expected inside the ballpark at a concession stand, fries were cold. One meal out if three was good and would recommend to others. Thank goodness for the good service or I'd say avoid it altogether.

Horrible experience, won't come back. Bartender was rude and manager on duty was incompetent. This place lacks professionalism.

Extremely disappointed with our experience. Ran out of brats at 1:30ish in the afternoon (on a Diamondbacks game day), service was very, very, very slow, the chicken tenders tasted like warmed up from frozen, and only one hand held appliance to pay the bill for the whole restaurant. Had to take our drinks to the manager to get refilled. He did apologize but then did not see him for the rest of our meal. I’ve always wanted to eat at a restaurant of Guy’s, but certainly won’t do it again.

Went in before an event we had planned out there was first time. Very clean and friendly staff . Had the Buffalo wings and those were the best thing ever if you love blue cheese cause the blue cheese wasabi is fire so delicious. My husband got the pulled pork sandwich was delicious but nothing special or different about it from others I’ve had .

Service was slow. I had to get up and ask twice for my server to come to the table. Food was served cold and didn't come as ordered.

I was a little disappointed with this restaurant. The food was just okay. The BBQ sauce on the wings was pretty good. I first tried the Cadillac Margarita and it was horrible. The strawberry margarita was better.

Food is great. The manager is very polite and professional. And the bartender will, he makes a great drink. I love to bring my family here every game day.
