We saw our server mop the floor with a filthy mop and push a vile pail and then go over and started serving food without washing her hands! So gross and dangerous to risk cross contamination. We will not eat there again.

Sat there for 15 minutes and didn't get waited on. They were not busy and there were tons of dirty tables. Plenty of waitstaff just walking around and talking to each other. Not sure what their issue was but we left and went to Bobby's Burgers

This place has so much potential. Was pretty dead. Staff friendly. Food could be so much better, especially with guy fieries name on it. Mac and cheese burger was mid. Still a good spot since it is in close proximity of the DBacks and Suns stadium.

We had no service. People were leaving their tables. You seemed to not have enough wait staff. We had to flag a waitress down. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious and the burgers would good. Our fries were not hot but we got our food fairly quickly.
Great service.

Avoid!!
This is a horrible restaurant!!
A hamburger food truck in the hot sun can put out better food.
Disgusting in all aspects of dining. (Food, Service, Atmosphere)
Guy is selling his name like other professionals sell...
Please go OOB soon so someone else can use the space

Guy should be embarrassed putting his name on this place. It is poorly run and the cooks need some training. We ordered the buffalo cauliflower. The first it came out cold and soggy. The second time it came out warm and soggy. The waitress didn't care. No offer to take it off. This is just poor service and mismanagement. My bacon mac and cheese burger cleanly missed out on the fact that this is flavor town. I've had better burgers at Red Robin and other burger places.
Very disappointed, Guy should investigate.

Under $20 for my plate and the food was really good. We got the cheeseburger quesadilla.

Food was bland.
First time I have ever added salt to a burger.
On the upside, I'm stuck at an airport and it is simply airport food.

Food was average for the price. In the fry trio, we received only two types and they were extremely dry. Service was subpar and it wasn't very busy. This was our second time here, wanted to give them another try, but we won't be back. Very unfortunate as we love his other restaurants!

Can’t rate food as we did not receive any for over an hour. Do not go here on a non game day. Also took 45 minutes to get drinks outside of water provided

This location is directly across the walkway from Chase Field. This is a convenient location if you are going to one of the arena's in downtown Phoenix. This location has a nice patio outside and is large for where they are located. The food and drinks are average and we didn't find much unique about this restaurant. We had the nachos and wings which were fine as a snack before the game but we most likely wouldn't go out of our way to eat here.

This is run by Levy Restaurants and tastes like average ball park food. The place was only staffed by 1 bartender who was also the server. The food came before our 1st drinks to give you an example of how lacking the service was. Burger was dry and the Mac n cheese was basically Kraft from the box. Quite an overall disappointment.
