I brought my American friend to this establishment to try their breakfast. She said food is okay; however, she was somewhat disappointed to learn that coffee refills were limited to only one.
This restaurant was introduced t9 me by a coworker Adri Cui. I've been coming ever since. I've tried several other Filipinos restaurant in Phoenix. Halo-Halo Kitchen is the best, cleanest, good atmosphere, nice workers. They have treated me very kine. I est at Halo-Halo at least three times weekly. The food is fresh, cooked daily and multiple choices. The price is beyond fair for the portion. Love this day! ❤️

Bit of a drive from the Eastside, but worth it. Atmosphere was legit 👌
Felt like I was back in The Philippines!
Staff was friendly and charming.
Food was delicious and not too expensive.
