Our server Haley was wonderful so friendly with great food and drink recommendations. The tots were the best pairing with drinks and the burgers unique but divine I recommend happy hour for sure with the good vibes good food drinks and music def worth a visit.

I dropped in here for the first time just before 2pm. I was able to squeeze in a lunch special.
The burger is supposed to be 1/4lb but after cooking the patty was smaller than an In n Out burger. A barely noticeable patty. If it's 1/4lb precooked weight, they're using very fatty meat to lose so much size. Tater tots were overcooked and mostly just a crispy exterior with hardly any soft potato inside. Time burger has no noteworthy flavors and the meat didn't taste seasoned, maybe it's not but it was very lackluster.
My server was being trained and was a little slow considering the lack of volume in the restaurant. The bartender apologized for the speed of service and let me know the waitress was training.
Beers are a little pricey. For a lunch special and two drinks it was $40.
The ambiance is great. It's a nicely appointed place with music at a good volume with a few tvs as well. All the seats are metal except for the booths.

Great burgers. I had one with sausage meat mixed in. Great service. Fries were okay. There were some upgrade options, that I will try next time.
When I evaluate a restaurant, I tend to be looking for quality of service, quality of food, and quality of experience.
These three factors make HyC an A+ place.
I have never met a kinder front of house team, and what blows my mind is that they’ve remembered me between visits even though there was a several month gap between my first visit and my next. (I was traveling.)
The food here is ridiculously good. The French fries may literally be my favorite in The Valley; they’re crispy, perfectly seasoned, and I want to eat a million of them. The burgers and tortas are just divine. Flavors are intentional and balanced, and the mouth feels are on-point. And the drink selection is perfect with a mix of Mexican lagers, local favorites (like The Shop and Four Peaks), and a full bar.
I love eating here! You get the buzz of downtown without the disruptive sound. The staff are excellent and are attentive, but they don’t bug you constantly. And there’s always great sports and local events playing on the screens.
This is a new favorite haunt of mine. 10/10, do recommend.
