We have loved hanny’s for years. It’s a go to spot for when I go out with both my husband and my girlfriends. Amazing food, drinks, atmosphere. We were there recently to sadly find out that our absolute favorite menu item was taken off- the Bianco pizza. PLEASE bring it back!

Ordered some dirty martinis for happy hour and the olives tasted pretty nasty (I'm a regular martini with blue cheese olive drinker). The olives tasted old or something. Also the bartender tried to charge me $12 for the house martinis ($8 on hh) and acted like that was normal price even though happy hour prices were posted on the website. I confirmed with the manager that the website was correct after the bartender tried to gaslight me. He fixed the price but it felt shady. I really dislike places that figure you been drinking & want to charge you extra. Be careful you are not overcharged.

I’ve always enjoyed the food here, but the management completely ruined the experience.
After bringing up a legitimate issue with my food, the manager on duty refused to shake my hand and dismissed me by saying I’m the only person who’s ever complained and that the business doesn’t need my opinion. This was done in front of my guests, which was unprofessional and embarrassing.
I live downtown and eat here 1-2 times a week, or at least I did. Customer feedback shouldn’t be met with arrogance. Because of how this was handled, I won’t be coming back.
The issue itself was simple. The Airline Chicken’s side had clearly changed and the carrots were unpleasantly hard and undercooked, which completely ruined what used to be one of the best parts of the dish. I guess customer opinion means nothing to a certain manager at this joint. They have good food but there are tons of better options around the area that have better menus and superior service.

Hannys is my favorite restaurant in DT PHX. I frequent there for some of the food and of course martinis. I went in this week on Monday and the restaurant wasn't too crowded. Great vibes as usual. I regularly order the airline chicken. Many times have I had leftovers due to the great portion. This week the plate was completely lacking. Seemed as if they ran out of ingredients. Looking back at other pictures of it in other reviews its definitely not in my head. Of course it still tasted great, but very little potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and sauce. Bummed to say the least I hope it was a fluke and next time will be better. The price is not worth it if the presentation is like this moving forward :(

Hanna’s is unique and different with the dolls in the basement and neon bathrooms on the second floor. The food and alcohol were good. The steak sandwich with the fried egg and sidewinder fries was tasty.

Enjoyed ourselves very much, enjoyed the food, vibe, and Emily was a very efficient server, very real, guard-down personality. The best part was the snooty hostess. She was so snooty that it became entertainment, and I'm being sincere. Loved every interaction with her, she belongs in the movies.

Came here for lunch before I had to fly out later that day. I sat at the bar and Jose took care of me. I went in on a Friday at lunch so was not as busy but Jose did a great job. It's an interesting place but was recommended by literally everyone in Phoenix to check out. The basement dolls, well I could have skipped that part but otherwise it's something different vs chains or your usual restaurant/bar.
