I LOVE this place!!! Water is the BEST in town!! I always have good banter with the staff, they are always quite clever and sharp :), not your typical dummies behind the counter. I also love the Thrifty options, don't indulge too often but love the fact that they have the Malted Crunch, YUM!!

There is no issue with the products here. Unfortunately, the owner is grumpy and condescending. Not a place I will frequent again as the poor customer service makes it an unenjoyable experience.

Dropping this place after the guy was continuously rude to my wife while she was picking up our water. It's unfortunate because they had always been good and the Thrifty ice cream is simply the best, but it only takes one bad experience for me to go somewhere else. We always dropped $10 on 2 5 gallon jugs each time we went in, so it's not like my wife was in there that day for the cheap stuff. It was always better when one of the kids was at the front actually caring for customers.

Disappointed that many times I drive up here to find them closed during posted biz hours. It would be great if posted on this site when they have to take day off so customers aren't wasting time coming and it's closed.
I can only comment on the ice cream and customer service but... This place was AWFUL! Other than it being in a great location there was zero upside! I never thought I could be upset about a place that has ice cream! The lady that helped us (I'm assuming the owner or related to the owner) was so rude to me and my kids. We stopped for a quick ice cream as a reward for my son doing a good job at his doctor appt but it felt more like torture. I know this is a place for water and ice, but the place is so small that I was constantly pulling my kids out of the way. It was a madhouse! They don't do samples (no big deal), but she was so annoyed that we couldn't decide. They won't let you get a cone and put it in the bowl without charging for both. When I got the ice cream it actually tasted a little sour like spoiled milk. We also got a cartoon of ice cream from the freezer and it also tasted a little "off." Luckily we don't live close by because we won't be back.

Best water store ever! Me and my boyfriend were buying Frys water bottles for a long time and decided to give this store a chance and it’s the best tasting water you’ll ever have! Super clean and pure! Love this store and the owner is very nice!! You won’t regret it!
