We came here on Father’s Day for a little taste of home at 6:00pm on the dot just to pull on the handle and the door is locked. A man comes to the door (the same man pictured in one of the other 1 star reviews) saying they are closed at 6:00 today tor Father’s Day. There’s no sign on the door that says that, the website still allows you to order. So I drove 30 minutes for nothing. We try to support black business from back home and this is what we get. This is highly unprofessional and an unacceptable way to run a business. Idk who this man is they put in charge but I guarantee he is running this business to the ground. If you close earlier than usual, this information should be available on your website or at least a sign on the door saying that. I was looking forward to a taste of home. You have ruined my Father’s Day and I will never return. I’ll also make sure to let everyone I know to never support this business. Highly disappointing.

The staff member that I seen today was extremely rude unhelpful and didn't even say anything and wouldn't even justify my existence. I understand he could be in a mood so not taking it personally I do realize people deal with things outside of our reality. But think that type of energy he bought was trash

Customer service trash no sense of urgency, ordered my food 25 min ahead online got here waited 15 more min and they gave my food to someone else by mistake. They did offer to give me a refund, or another order, more food or something free which I respect but, there is no sense of urgency that’s what trash about the service people walk in aren’t greeted just standing there waiting it’s a shame and they food is really good, of course I’m from Chicago and it’s pretty close to the good ones in Chicago. Just tighten up your service.

By me being from Chicago this was absolutely the worst experience the chicken seemed like it was cooked yesterday I had an 8 wing dinner and had 8 French fries I asked for my sauce on the side and they drenched it I guess to take away the bad tasting chicken.. I was asked if I needed napkins what DAMN food don't require a napkin needless to say I wasted alot of money and gas for nothing!! #YOU GUYS HAVE TO DO BETTER...

Disappointing!!! Originally from Chicagoland, so Harold is staple of the community that I have visited many different locations. The only thing that was even close to what was back at home was the "mild sauce" which I'm sure, it is not made at the location. Cashier was rude with no personality for serving the public.
The facility floors were dingy and the tables were dirty.they needed to be mopped after the lunch and midday rush. Also they had a stand that was supposed to dispense hand sanitizer, of course it was empty.(I went at about 6:15pm on a Saturday evening.)
And last and final....the wings...they were to salty, the grease tasted old and also had a hint of fish in it, meaning the fish grease and chicken grease were cross contaminated. I love Harold's Chicken in Chicago and definitely will visit one of the many "real locations" when I go back home. This place is an IMPOSTER do not be fooled. Just because you fry some chicken and get some of Harold's signature sauce doesn't give you the right to use their name!!!! Phoenix Harold's Chicken, you get " the Donkey of the Day"....change you name!!!! If had two more ? I'd give them four thumb ?.
Never again. If you order a soda, you’re gonna wait a hour to get it. Who’s to judge but the customer service it’s a no-go. For a second I thought I found a gold mine. I hope they improve. I wanna like this place so bad .

THEY WILL LOSE YOUR TRUST SHORTLY. This place really blows. Me and my girl have gone here 5-6times in the last 2months. The food is excellent 30% of the time. It's trash the rest of the time.. service is absolute trash 95% of the time. Can't get your sides to save their lives. Stupid mini coleslaw containers. the 30% of the time you get good food isn't worth the hassle to be a continuous customer. We gave up. Trash service. It's like you walked into the wrong apartment. Seriously this place blows so hard. Fix it.
