It has a really old school market vibe the staff seems kind of friendly but in a condescending way. It's definitely an upscale store where a lot of waspi bougie people shop. Didn't really see a whole lot of people of color working there and any minority shopping there besides myself and the people i was with. Way overpriced just for the green chili burger it's like $13.00 That's not including sides or a drink I got the green chile burger with a side of loaded fries. If you can handle spicy food and melted cheese on everything then this might be your place. If you have a sensitive stomach or a lactose intolerant I would not recommend this place. They do make a lot of their items from scratch including their sourdough bread which is one of their signature featured foods. They actually asked me if I wanted my burger on the sourdough bread which I assume that it did but it didn't and I think they charged me extra for that which was kind of lame. Person I was with got three tacos they're very small tortillas corn tortillas to be exact and they give you very little bit of meat and each Taco was $3.75 again way overpriced!! They expanded the other side of the building into a pizzeria. I have yet to try the pizza and I will definitely give a review on that end of the store when I do. I don't plan to go back there again for burgers or tacos like I said they have outrageous pricing. If you're looking to eat food on a budget that's still made from scratch and your looking for a good burger I recommend the Burger shop AKA burgers and More as opposed to this place. But if you are a sourdough person and you want a really spicy burger and/or tacos then this might be your spot.

Once in a while in life you stumble upon a gem. I’ve been all over the US and this place truly stands out. Their food is so good , no matter what you order it won’t be disappointing. They give healthy portions and use quality ingredients. I started a remote job so I come here very often and they don’t mind if I’m chillin for awhile. The owners are so sweet and bring the food to the table when they see me busy. Also, the coffee and in house bakery is fire. Really can’t go wrong coming here at any time of the day

I've been coming here since I moved into the neighborhood. The staff and owners are great. Always friendly, courteous, and helpful. Then we go to the food. Their burritos and burgers are really good. Always fresh, great taste, spicy, just what I like. I suggest coming over and trying this place.

The waiter had attitude. No straws were giving. Ask for a box never got it. Husband had go it himself. I order chilaquiles didn’t like it. Im sure there’s other good food choices. There’s is gluten free options. Don’t recommend chilaquiles. It was clean , nice looking inside.

Cooler than expected, the furnishings inside surprised me. Comfy booths and tables. Great burger, I had the Santa Fe and my boyfriend had the smoky chipotle. Both were great. Would have liked them to come with fries for the prices. But, we got to experience the loaded fries since we wanted a side and they were really good.

Cathy the owner is super friendly. Staff as well. The food is addictive! A green chile or Red pulled pork breakfast burrito is AMAZING! Have to get a few extra salsas for a few cents more but it is worth it! I'm salivating just typing this review up. Must try! You won't be disappointed! You'll wonder why you didn't come here sooner.

The BEST breakfast burrito I’ve had in a long time. Hatch-it truly brought all the flavors and packed them in. My husband and I couldn’t get enough! On top of that, it’s family-owned and operated and the service was top notch. I definitely recommend this place!

More people gotta check this place out! Delicious, fresh food and friendly staff. And bonus if you need to stock up your home bar. My husband got the burger which was the size of his head and had the freshest ingredients, bun was divine and they clearly spare no expense with produce.
