Food is okay, we enjoy Leo's down the street. So if your looking for a much more authentic Hawaiian spot id go there. We tried their mixed plate with the kalua pork which was overly salty and taste like it's been sitting for a while... the hulihuli chicken was pretty decent. The rice reminded me of what we ate back in high school cafeteria days, unfortunately... The only thing we actually liked here was the dole whip and their stubborn soda. Service is okay, very young people work here. Some have a very rude attitude and we have been here twice( first time for the dole whip and second time for the food).

I ordered online and got my order quickly which was awesome! I can tell the chicken was marinated perfectly and the rice was cooked well. The mac salad was a bit too salty for me. Unfortunately, my order was wrong since I had asked for veggies rather than rice. Either way, it was all eaten. The pineapple was delicious as well!

So they took over the old Buches Chicken spot on Bell right before you hit 75th ave. Great location but very crowded inside for not alot of people. You order from a kiosk, get your receipt & then take it back to the front door cashier, not the best idea in my opinion. The staff was awesome, every single one of them wanted to help you, explain the menu, & assist in placing your order. The dont have much on the menu but sometimes thats good. I got the large 2 protein meal which came to just under $20 which is a bit expensive tbh. That being said, I got the teriyaki chicken & some other chicken in a sweet & spicy sauce which laid over a small bit of rice(which is totally fine just explaining) in the box, you also get a large scoop of additional rice & I got a scoop of their mac salad. They have some tough competitors right down the street at 59th & Bell with Ono & Island Teriyaki being on those corners but this place held their own. The food was pretty good & again the staff was great. I did not try the ice cream, which looked awesome btw. Although I liked their food Im giving 3 Stars b/c of the price, a little too crowded due to layout & I didnt see much difference between previous places I mentioned above. I would def suggest going there to try out at least once, like I said food was pretty good. I just dont know if it was $20 for my meal good.

Recently decided to try this place. I was somewhat disappointed. Very limited menu. No seafood, beef or katsu. Ordered Kilauea Chicken size large. For $17, I expected more than what I got. Until the menu improves, I'll just go to the "Other" place for Hawaiian BBQ.

Visiting from out of the area. wanted to try this restaurant and, drove across The Valley to the Highland Avenue location. was extremely disappointed to find that This is not a public location. it is for food delivery people only. The information on the website is NOT correct and needs to be removed immediately since this is not open to the public. really a waste of our time and fuel to find this out. will not be trying to find another location as we have wasted enough time on this mis-adventure already. ridiculous.

Probably the worst Hawaiian bbq in az. I’m a huge fan of this kinda food but this place gave me , half cooked rice (it was still hard) the Mac and cheese was soooo oily like in a pool of oil and had no flavor, the Huli huli chicken was so bland and tough! Ono is the best by far

The Macaroni Salad is disgusting. It does not taste like Hawaiian Mac salad. The Spam Masubi is disgusting. It like they have it frozen then warmed up in a microwave and wrapped. There are plenty of other Good Hawaiian places to eat. Don’t waste your time or money with this place.

An employee of Hawaiian Bros went over and above to bring us our food after Uber Eats delivered the wrong order and refused to make it right. Food was excellent and service was better than expected. Thank you Hawaiian Bros!!

Hawaiian Bros Island Grill is a gourmet haven right out of a tropical paradise! The flavorful island-inspired cuisine instantly takes you to the shores of Hawaii. The dining experience is improved by the staff's kindness. This is a great place to escape for a delicious meal. Strongly advised for a Hawaiian taste!

Got Uber eats. Large 2 mix. Huli huli and Molokai. Can't really tell different flavors is all the same. Didn't get a lot of chicken either. Veges too raw raw. Left out the sides of BBQ and Sriracha I asked for. Pretty meh. Was not worth the price. Not a lot of chicken. Mac salad just gross. I've had way better Hawaiian BBQ

I've ordered from Hawaiian Bros Island Grill a couple of times now. First time I got the large mixed plate and the second time I got the classic mixed plate. First time I ordered, I got the Huli Huli Chicken/ Molokai Chicken with Rice and Mac. The portions are pretty big, especially the rice, and not only do they give you a bed of rice under the chicken but also a huge ball of it and to me this was just too much. Next time, I'll substitute the rice for veggies so it's well balanced. The Mac wasn't my thing. I wasn't particularly fond of it... To me it gave Macaroni Salad vibes (that was probably the point) but without all the extra things that go into Macaroni Salad and so it was just bland. Both types of chicken though? 10/10. My only complaint about my second time ordering is that the pineapple wasn't quite ripe and so was more sour than it was sweet.

Had this delivered today by Uber Eats. He had a hot bag and it makes a big difference. The food was hot, delicious and perfect. Hands down the best Hawaiian in the valley.
