I’m honestly heartbroken and upset after my experience here. I came in really wanting to like this place, but I left feeling completely disrespected and discriminated against.
My entrée was served before my cocktail, which made no sense for a proper dining experience. I told them I wanted to enjoy my cocktail first, so they took my plate away. I waited over 30 minutes, and when I asked for my food again, they brought out the exact same plate from earlier. The pasta was soggy, the sauce looked reheated, and for $22, it was unacceptable.
When I brought this up, the manager didn’t apologize or even try to understand. Instead, she argued with me and made me feel like I was the problem. I wasn’t asking for a discount—just for what I paid for: a fresh, well-prepared meal.
The way she looked at me and spoke to me made me feel small and judged. I came in wearing joggers and carrying my laptop, and it honestly felt like she assumed I couldn’t afford to eat there. That’s discrimination, plain and simple.
No one should ever be treated that way in any restaurant. I left feeling embarrassed, humiliated, and deeply disappointed.

Bad service
Excellent service, great gluten free options, even the chips, which the manager brought out and they are the gluten free brand. Also the chicken wrap was great in a gluten free wrap.

10/10. Great service, fun vibes, good eats. I like the decor, the light colors, and warmth that is generated. When I visited, there was a representative from Chakra with sooth samples. What a sweet treat! Because of this, I went with the Pineapple Fire Drop. No lie, you'll remember this drink. Lol
The restaurant is located in the Esplanade. Accessible entrance. Valet and garage parking available
What a BEAUTIFUL SPOT!! So, I just kind of waddled in here, close to closing, on a Tuesday and this place, its decor and ambiance TRULY stupid out. The crafted cocktails were not only delicious but gorgeous AND well priced.
All day happy hour on FRIDAYS! A great spot to grab a pre-game drink before a movie at AMC. GO you will not be disappointed.

Hearsay has a great atmosphere, great servers and bartenders. However, their idea of a charcuterie board was pretty disappointing. I absolutely will come back for drinks and try a entrée.
We've been coming here for HH since it opened and some things have changed, some haven't. The wait staff has always been great and personable but it still takes forever to get a drink after you order. Our server forgot we ordered it because it took so long. Another thing that changed is that the HH menu portions have severely shrunk. The charcuterie board is now minimal. They should just take that off the menu. The price decreased slightly because of it but it's no longer worth ordering. The sliders are still good but expect only sliders. The meatballs are still delicious and hearty. (Thank you for not changing that recipe) We also found their HH is one of the best as far as prices. The HH food and drinks are very reasonably priced, which I know is a draw. We got there at 4pm on a Friday and the bar area was pretty full.
I met a friend for dinner at Hearsay in Phoenix, it was our first time there, and we really enjoyed it. The restaurant is tucked between office buildings in the Biltmore area, so finding it was a bit of a challenge, but definitely worth it. It has a sleek, corporate vibe, likely catering to nearby office staff. The food was delicious, and I ordered a mocktail that was both fresh and flavorful. I’d recommend Hearsay to anyone looking to try a new spot in the area.

I love this space and was excited to see something new open up in Esplanade. It's very modern/metro. The food however was just okay. Tried several appetizers the avocado toast was good, Brussels sprouts were not cooked and hard to eat. The Ahi poke bowl looked great but was floating in a sea of the dressing which took over any other flavors:( I might return for cocktails.
Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Food was tasty. I ordered the entree tuna tartare which was oddly small, more an appetizer size but tasty. My friend had tacos, which also seemed app sized. It's a quiet, sophisticated place. I hope they survive. It seems you have to be searching a new place or work in the immediate area to find them. Prices are on the high side.
Hosted our small group of 15 here for our annual retreat. Danae was a pleasure to work with and very thorough with the planning of our event. The entire day went extremely smooth thanks to her coordination. Liz, our server/host for the day, was extremely attentive to our group making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. The food was delicious and everyone in our group loved the decor/vibe of the restaurant. Thank you Danae and Liz for a great event!
Great food, not just Hearsay. Dropped into this great dining spot today for a bite. Definitely was not disappointed. I enjoyed the Tuna Tartare with crispy rice cakes, and the Tuna Hamachi Poke Bowl. A contemporary dining space, friendly, and personable service. Definitely reasonably priced and they also offer a nice happy hour menu. Steps away to parking in the Esplanade parking garage. Don't forget to have the restaurant validate your parking pass. I would definitely go back. Located at 2501 East Camelback in the Esplanade. Scottsdale AZ Foodies
