Staff was extremely friendly, present, and went above and beyond in tending to my needs! On top of that, not only are the macros better in comparison to other nutrition shops nearby (for the same price, if not cheaper), it also TASTES better!!!! Highly recommend.

Wonderful owner, many options for protein shakes, teas, or a quick healthy breakfast! Highly recommend if you’re a morning fitness person like me and you need something before work or even after a quick afternoon workout. Also noteworthy, very clean and cute inside.
