Let me get this straight , so they add extra charges so they can bag up my stuff(pick up and handling)? That’s just ridiculous

Every time I go they are friendly. ?be careful I always just go to pick up. I was not treated at the reception. But just as several say here in the publication. Just as the coaches have to give an example of what the product is, so also the people who work there, just an observation.

The receptionists starting with the manager are very bloody and apart from that the manager has been working there for years and every time she is fatter they should put thin receptionists who are not fat to sell weight loss products

I’ve been coming here for years! Lately I’ve been sending my husband to pick up my product and they’ve been nothing but rude to him! It was his first time coming to the warehouse and I was excited for him to see how wonderful Herbalife is, but the workers there left a bad taste in his mouth. Not to mention I also lost a potential client because of the of the employees!

Very easy to get your order. You place an order through the app, and then use advanced willcall to enter your order number, and then they text you that your order is ready. This way you can just walk up to the pickup line without taking a number.I must agree however with the comments about customer service. The first time, I had no issues,, the man explained to me exactly how to use the app and will call. Today, I had an interaction with a woman who while counting my supplies was tossing them into my bag without any regard as to how hard the products were hitting the desk. My products were not damaged, but the way they hit the desk while she put them in the bag was like, whatever, and they could have gotten damaged.

Extremely bad experience. No customer service skills. Very poor customer driven.I will never offer my business to them. There are lots of other options to go to!They close earlier than the published business time. Not reliable.I gave it 1 start because that is the smallest option to go to, otherwise, I would give it Zero Starts

Excellent service from the first girl who assists you and from the boys who deliver the products, the girls who are in charge of collecting, if they are somewhat bloody, they give a horrible and very slow service, but if you are a man, the one who talks to them and one waiting to be attended to and if they should all take the products since they are somewhat divided by weight and that is not a very good aspect since they sell products for weight control and more and it has been almost a year that I continue to look at them the same or more fat men and women so they act that they should start or Herbalife doesn't give them a discount since they should look like hostesses and always be smiling, energy is supposed to be part of the product and if I would take photos of them but I couldn't post them for privacy and leisure they wouldn't give me the permission to publish them or to take them, but those who have still come cannot deny that neither their physique nor their treatment of the customer looks good since what they sell is for health and well-being or not ???
