Very easy to get your order. You place an order through the app, and then use advanced willcall to enter your order number, and then they text you that your order is ready. This way you can just walk up to the pickup line without taking a number.I must agree however with the comments about customer service. The first time, I had no issues,, the man explained to me exactly how to use the app and will call. Today, I had an interaction with a woman who while counting my supplies...
