Hibachi City Buffet

Be carful laying with your card here my sister n law ate here for her Birthday! Not only was the food bad and caused her stomach to hurt but they then charged my sister n law the next day 50$ id be mindful coming here

My sister couldn’t even eat because of the smell of bleach, the front desk lady was super rude and tried to plate the food that wasn’t my sister’s in her to go box. Then when we were about to leave she accused us of trying to steal their spoons. Review edit: my stomach has been hurting and I’ve also been getting diarrhea, not returning.

Been coming here for years. I will not return after this last experience. We arrived around 7:30, an hour and a half before closing.. I got one plate and as I was finishing, they started mopping the floors on the other side of our booth with bleach. I am extremely sensitive to chemicals and began to feel sick.. as she moved away I began to feel a little better and tried to get a sherbet to ease my stomach.. she then came around and started mopping directly around our booth. The smell of bleach was overwhelming.. I went up front and asked for a to-go box and she tried to charge me, I explained I could not eat because the bleach was making me sick. She followed me to the table and asked which plate I wanted to take home (pointing at a stack of dirty plates from my family) I then explained again I could not eat because of the smell. She rolled her eyes and handed me the to-go box and told me to get my food.. I did not pay $18 at a all-you-can-eat just to eat one plate… I would not have left this review because even though she gave me attitude, I was grateful she gave me the to-go box.. but as we were getting up to leave, my daughter grabbed a sherbet to go and got a spoon. I told her we weren’t sitting to finish ice cream so she went to put the ice cream in my bag but I told her to leave the spoon on the table. When we went to leave, the cashier called us up front and offered plasticware and pointed to my bag and said something along the lines of- don’t take our spoons and said the same thing to my sister who grabbed an ice cream as well… I told her we didn’t take her spoons and left…
chemicals should not be used while people are eating and you should not be be accusing customers of stealing…

The food was luke warm almost cold it tasted like it been sitting out for a while and really stale. I had a total of four plates and everytime I went for one the man working upfront kept giving me dirty looks and following me. When I got home I noticed they charged my card twice a few hours after the first charge.

Not sure what happened to this place, the food is horrible ! To top it off , Now they use paper plates and plastic cups ! I went here 2 weeks ago with family & its was simply nasty, the taste is gone. Management must have changed because everything taste blant or way too sweet.

Good horrible, cold, taste horrible, had cover peanuts in desert area and no label that it’s peanuts….. so if someone is allergic to peanuts and eats one. They will do nothing…. You ask how I know…… my friend is allergic, thought it was desert not peanuts till she bit one and spit it out. We spoke to a staff member who was RUDE and refused to label it. On way out told us not to return…. NO PROBLEM!!!!! THAT PLACE IS HORRIBLE…

Hibachi City Buffet was clean, comfortable, all you can eat, and all the food I ate was delicious and scrumptious! The staff were pleasant and professional. I'm already looking forward to visiting Hibachi City again.

Don't believe the photos read the reviews. This place hasn't had sushi in 5 years. I did finally talk them into giving me a refund but it was not the easiest thing in the world.

We got 3 plates to go one had seafood and the other 2 did not and they charged all boxes as if they had sea food. Its a rip off and that's wrong when I questioned it the lady did not even care and said one bix had alot of sea food which made no sense.
