I placed a prepaid order at this location for 2 dozen ham and Swiss cheese sliders to pick up on Wednesday, Nov 26th at 115pm. When I arrived at 1pm to pick up my order, the cashier said they gave my order to someone else that came in the morning. I asked what is the point of paying for an order and placing a pickup time to just give it to someone else? The cashier was very nonchalant and said it is what it is. She can't do anything but try to ask the back to make some more and I'll have to wait. She said if it will make me happy I can have some cheesecake but I told her I don't eat cheesecake and drove across town and have a meeting in 30mins. The cashier shrug her shoulders and said what do you want me to do we gave your order away. I was shocked at the customer service and lack of empathy. I walked over to Jcpenny to wait around for my order to be complete. When I came back the line was out the door. I had to wait again but luckily the associate that was managing the line remembered me. I told her what happened and she led me to the front. Thank goodness for her! Later that evening I began receiving calls & messages that I didn't pick up my order. Then Friday after Thanksgiving I kept receiving calls and messages. I finally answered the phone and told the manager what happened on Wednesday and would like for all the calls to stop. The manager was very apologetic and said she wished someone had grabbed her when the incident occurred. She offered to make it right by offering to send me a gift card. I wasn't going to write this comment but guess what the gift card never came! This was my very first time using Honey Baked Ham and what an experience I encountered.

I bought a ham for Thanksgiving. I was told it was 4.8 lbs. but when i got back home it was only 4.1 lbs. in a very well calibrated scale i use daily for my bussiness. I understand 5% fluctuation by this is a 15% difference. Check what you get and don't trust.

I had heard from several people that the whole turkey from Honey Baked Ham is delicious and always turns out amazing. I bought one for Thanksgiving, and since it’s supposed to be fully cooked, I followed the instructions to simply heat it for 1.5 to 2 hours. Even the cashier told me how juicy, tender, and “fall-apart perfect” the turkey would be. Unfortunately, mine was nothing like that. I couldn’t even separate the dark meat easily—it felt like I was fighting with the bone and the meat just to get pieces off. I was really disappointed and not happy with the purchase at all.

I've never tasted such bland potatoe salad before in my life. Coming from Illinois I've had my fair share but my God whoever made that didn't even try and it was unanimous among 40ish people. I never leave bad reviews, never. but I can't believe they actually put their name on that. The company I work for caters about twice a month and I've become a loyal customer at some places. This mplace was almost instantly marked off the list because of the pitiful food they delivered today. Just from this experience alone I will NOT dine here. They served up slop and got paid. And as it seems that's all that matters.

I ordered the Tavern Club take out. The pick up time was between 2:15-2:30 I picked up the sandwich and potato salad at around 2:20. When I got home to eat the potato salad was warm like it had been sitting out the bread was hard and some of the ham appeared old. I have been to numerous Honey baked hams and never had this experience.

I discovered this place is right across the street! The lunch special is affordable and very good. I can get my Honeybaked fix and not spend 100$ on a full ham.

The sandwiches are 8.99 by themselves and they have a combo option with a side and a drink for a few bux more.

who doesnt love a glazed ham on the holidays, used to go to this location often for lunch had 1 bad order outta 100 prolly but it was so bad it warranted the 3 stars in food here

Came here on a Monday Afternoon to pick up my preordered Christmas Ham! If you order ahead you can skip waiting in line! I also used the coupon offered online for the $7 off any ham. Process was easy. There was a staff member checking if you had a QR code and directing you to the preordered line. The other line had about 10 people waiting. Each register was full and staff were running around checking people out.
