Customer Service sucks, I have a receipt with a balance of my gift card, I went to the store by Tatum and Cactus Rd. When I got there nobody was in the front desk, I had to wait quite some time until a guy came from the back. I explained to him that I have the receipt that it shows my balance of my gift card & I didn't have the card because I didn't get it back when I first used it, his response was you have to go back to the store where you bought it, I can't help you!! I was really, you can't check to see if you can find the card number. He stated no can't do nothing for you. I was ok! I went to Costco where I bought it & the lady at customer service told me that unfortunately Costco cannot do anything because they only sale the gifts cards, Honey Bake Co. has to be the one helping me. I have over $25. Balance and I can't use it because the store employee doesn't want to help me. Unbelievable and very disappointed!!!!

They need to move the noisy refrigerator truck. Put the dumpster where the refrigerator truck is located. Our apartment complex would like to rest without all the noise. There was not any noise last yr.

The potpie was a joke for $10.99 there was hardly any in there And it was turkey potpie, but the turkey was cut up the same turkey used on the sandwiches

Purchased a gift card for a birthday
Went at 12 pm the day before Easter to pick up a preordered ham. Was pretty quick considering ~5-10 min and easy. Sydney and Paul were very friendly and helpful!

Picked up a ham today. It was busy but the line moved quickly. Mikel was welcoming and professional. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Absolutely disgusted with the one of the employees there . A dasher from DoorDash asked to use the restroom and he refused to let him use the facilities. I will make sure I will never go back. Zero kindness then zero business from me and my family. I will make sure I tell my family, friends and my patients. The word will go around.

At Christmas, I ordered a turkey and a ham and the location oversold. So I found my turkey and ham and another location from someone else and ask them for my money back. They refuse to give me my money back said they didn’t have the money that I would have to go through corporate. I did get upset, but she did too long story short back-and-forth back-and-forth talk to the owner of the honeybaked ham. He apologized up and down and at that time gave me my money back said he apologized that I had to buy my ham and turkey from another third-party for Christmas. The gentleman was super nice said that he would send me a gift card because of everything that we had gone through. I waited and waited never came so I Send him an email and ask him what happened. He says oh my gosh I’ve been so busy. I forgot all about it. I’ll send it right now two months later I never received anything. I wouldn’t use it if I got it now and I’ll never go back to honeybaked ham again.
