At Christmas, I ordered a turkey and a ham and the location oversold. So I found my turkey and ham and another location from someone else and ask them for my money back. They refuse to give me my money back said they didn’t have the money that I would have to go through corporate. I did get upset, but she did too long story short back-and-forth back-and-forth talk to the owner of the honeybaked ham. He apologized up and down and at that time gave me my money back said he apologized that I had to buy my ham and turkey from another third-party for Christmas. The gentleman was super nice said that he would send me a gift card because of everything that we had gone through. I waited and waited never came so I Send him an email and ask him what happened. He says oh my gosh I’ve been so busy. I forgot all about it. I’ll send it right now two months later I never received anything. I wouldn’t use it if I got it now and I’ll never go back to honeybaked ham again.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and prepaid online for ham, Turkey, and sides. Waited an hour and a half in-line then waited another hour for our food to be ready. There’s no organization for reservations just writing stuff on the back of receipts and hoping for the best. The manager was no where to be found or trying to organize things. Don’t waste your time ordering here unless you’re willing to wait 2+ hours for dry meat and frozen sides

Waiting outside for over an hour in a line for a pre-paid order is insane!!! The management should all be fired for the continuous complaints and apparently no critical thinking skills to resolve the issues!

I pre-ordered Thanksgiving dinner two weeks prior to today 11/24. Tell me why when I get there after being told on the website, if your pre-ordering, have your receipt ready I pre-ordered for faster service so I wouldn’t have to wait there. I waited an additional 30 minutes for the guy that was helping me to go here there and everywhere to find my items only to come back after the last item he was looking for which was my red velvet cake. They had no more now how is that possible when I pre-ordered two weeks ago and paid for the red velvet cake? why was there none there instead he’s like well I can substitute it and so I ended up getting a triple chocolate cake for the same price they have to have a better system if they’re all about online orders and pre-paying you would think because they gave me a time to be there which was 12 PM that my whole order would’ve been bagged up and ready. The guy for me and waiting when I got there and all I had to do is pick it up and leave. The guy that helped me including carrying the 3 bags to my car was very friendly but had no clue what was going on and was just running around like he didn’t know what he was doing like it was a game to see where all my food items. were

I ordered online and waited another 30 mins in store until they got my order ready. It’s all frozen and already prepared stuff why I need to wait such long???? The server should be fired

I ordered a quarter ham for Thanksgiving, and when I went to pick it up I had to wait in for two and a half hours before I got to the counter. After the employee scanned the QR code for my order, it was another half an hour before I got my ham. I ordered and paid for a ham between 4 and 5 pounds. They gave me one that was almost 6 pounds and charged me almost $20 extra on top of the $60 I had already paid. I went to their website and sent an email requesting someone reach out to me. That was almost a week ago and I haven’t heard back from anyone. There is absolutely no customer service and no accountability. In the future, if my options for food are this Honey Baked Ham Co. or starving to death, I will gladly go and pick out a coffin.
Pre paid for a ham and had a pickup time and date. When I got to this location I was greeted by 3 hour line full of other pre-paid orders. There were only 2 people working the line and moving as slow as possible. Everything was disorganized and unacceptable. Walked out with no ham.

Pre-ordered, yet 2 hour wait???? Listening to all the people in line that were telling me “same experience as last year”. Let’s all “get smarter “ next year and forget about this place.
By the way, the ham was AVERAGE at best. 👎👎👎👎👎
