Food was ok wish they had better choices of dipping sauce and the waitress was very nice but shes a very terrible trainer. Didnt like the way she spoke to her trainee. If the new waitress fails, it is because of her trainer. There is a time a place to talk to people, and she chose poorly in front of customers to talk to her like she dumb. May have been a small thing to most people, but my wife and I both agreed she sucks. I don't like to complain at restaurants because if things are bad, I just won't return. I will not be returning, at least to that location. Beside most people don't go to hooters for food anyways.

Had some time before a flight out of Phoenix so I stopped by to get some delicious wings (hot) and curly fries. Yum! Service was good and as always there was plenty to watch on the many screens all around.

On April 17th of 2024 I was working a long shift at another restaurant, I decided to not order food or take my break since I ordered from the Hooters webpage from this location. I ordered my food at 8:15 pm and I got a notification that my order was canceled at almost 9:30 p.m. I called and they said that the food had never been made but I had had a charge of 30 dllrs in my card so yeah. They said to call Uber since they are the ones who canceled my order to not go pick it up which did not make sense. I called uber which I struggled to do since I did not order from the app i wasted like an hour trying to figure it out with them until they said they had nothing. I had to go in the restaurant the next day in person and there was a girl manager, not store manager but an assistant or something. I explained to her I did not eat the day prior due to their mistake, I had only $35 in my bank account but I was craving hooters for weeks and it was Friday the next day so I wanted to treat myself. I told all this to this girl and she said if I contacted Uber I told her again what had happened and she went and checked in the back. She did not say sorry or that you never smiled. She said she found my order and it will be refunded. That was everything she said after my explanation and after wasting two days of my time trying to know how to get my refund and not to mention I had to drive there which is further from my home than my job. Horrible Service and no attention to customer bieng happy. Hooters DOES NOT MAKE YOU HAPPY.
