I've eaten all around the world and THIS is truly one of the best Pizzas I have ever had. I ordered the Gentleman and was very happy. The crust is the best I have ever had hands down.

They do not accept reservations, which makes sense due to the smaller space. We waited 30 minutes for a table; not bad for a Saturday night. I checked back with the host after receiving a text that our “table” was ready. She then asked if it was okay to seat us at the bar. We had assumed we had waited 30 minutes for a TABLE, NOT BAR SEATING. This was a major disappointment, and it would have been nice to be pre-warned about that possibility.
Despite our disappointment, we reluctantly agreed to be seated at the bar. However, at this point, we weren’t going to order dinner due to our lowered expectations and the uncomfortable bar seating.
After ordering drinks, we noticed that there were several open tables available in the dining room. We kindly asked to sit at a table, and the staff made it work for us. At this point, we were relaxed and ready to enjoy a nice dinner.
I am glad that the situation was turned around. Thanks to the MOD for handling the situation with speed and grace. If only the hostess felt empowered to accommodate our requests from the get-go. Nevertheless, our server, Tatum, was absolutely amazing. She was warm and personable, and her positive attitude helped turn around our initially disappointing restaurant experience.
They make their pasta in-house, and the cocktails were delicious.

I rarely leave reviews, but our experience here ruined a birthday night for my partner and deserves to be shared. We called ahead to ask if a table for six was possible. The hostess assured us it wouldn’t be an issue and told us to come an hour early to get on the waitlist. We followed those instructions.
When we arrived, we watched multiple tables open up—tables that easily could have been joined to accommodate our group—but instead of seating us, they insisted we wait for a large outdoor table. We were told we were “next up” and that it would be quick.
We ended up waiting two full hours, standing outside, repeatedly being told something would open up soon. Nothing ever did. At that point, it was obvious they either don’t know (or don’t care) to push tables together, and they shouldn’t be telling guests that seating a party of six is “not an issue” in the first place.
Overall, poorly managed and definitely not somewhere I’d trust again for a special occasion.

Humble Bistro is the best bar and restaurant on High Street and in the Desert Ridge area. The Humble Caesar salad is among the best Caesar salads I’ve ever had. The staff is phenomenal; Abby in particular provides the best service in addition to perfect wine recommendations every time. Five star experience in every respect.

One of my favorite spots in Desert Ridge, as a local to the neighborhood, I love coming to this hot spot on high Street. The ambience is warm and inviting, the food is cozy and comforting! We sat outside and had the Cesar salad (my favorite) pasta rosa with meatballs, & cremini sacchetti. We went at social hour (which is every night!) and enjoyed glasses of wine for $6. We love this place!

Overall great place to grab a bite! I plan on coming back. I had been wanting to try this place for a few months and it did not disappoint. I had the lasangna and honestly even though it doesn't have a protien, I don't think you really need one. It was incredible! The inside of this restaurant is a great vibe, however, my only complaint was I sat outside for 3 mins and then came back inside because the outside dining did not smell great.
The food is incredible. The service is fast and the wait staff is very kind. Only issue was the music is SO loud you have to yell to hear each other. Not great for conversation.

This Humble Bistro has absolutely the best pizza in Phx! Atmosphere inside is charming, outside is ok: spectacular when the weather is nice. (It's nice outside; albeit a bit cramped.

Sara, our server is a 10. The place has very good music for a mix of ages from Sinatra to more contemporary artists, I wish it were further south toward Tempe. We ate on the patio which I recommend as the noise level inside is unfortunately typical of restaurants these days. Too many hard surfaces and not enough consideration for folks wanting to have a conversation. We still will enjoy when going to MIM events as the perfect staging for a perfectly wonderful place: The MIM!!!! Best value for entertainment and culture in Arizona.
