Me and my wife came across Humble Bistro while visiting the area on a Sunday evening. We decided to give it a try as we were looking for a drink and a bite to eat. Humble Bistro has a very relaxing atmosphere and the theme is great. We decided to sit in the bar area and got to talk to the bar tender about the place. Overall service, drinks, and food were great. Glad we came across it.
Humble bistro is located on High St in Desert Ridge which is a really cool street with restaurants, bars, and shops. This is such a great location to grab dinner and drinks with some of friends which is what brought us here!
The server was very friendly and helped walk us through the menu and explained each dish to us. Ultimately, we knew we wanted to try the pastas which sounded amazing to us. The Cremini Sacchetti was our favorite! I loved the truffle taste...

Delicious food and atmosphere. The fries are a must, pizza was light and flavourful.
