I go to the Howies on 46th & Thomas.. Every time I go there I see Michael running things by himself.. Taking orders and making the pizzas.. Ive seen him training new employees that didn’t stay, and watch him pick up the slack. He works really hard and I’m writing this review to let it be known.. Michael, Thanks for being dependable and showing up! You’re appreciated & respected!
I hate to complain. Ugh. I've worked this business in multiple forms. It's not hard to pay attention to detail, take a few seconds to actually READ the order. And I usually never have issues with this place. I asked for the PBR Large, with extra Cajun seasoning and extra cheese. I also ordered the Deep Dish cheese bread with extra marinara. What I got, a pizza with extra crust, hardly any sauce, and it definitely doesn't look like extra cheese. The topping ratio was as if it was measured out for small or medium pizza. The only issue with the cheese bread was I didn't get the extra sauce I paid for. Definitely disappointed.

I have loved this brand when I shopped at the Hayden store. This Phoenix store way below expected standard. Crumbled beef on cheeseburger was identifiable as hamburger. Just specks of potshot :( the butter on crust was dripping wet & greasy.
