Hungry Howie's Pizza

I had an issue with a previous order, and Rose, the manager, absolutely went above and beyond to make it right! Not only did she listen and respond professionally, but she also generously provided me with an extra-large pizza with the correct ranch crust I originally ordered.

Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to making customers happy truly stood out. Because of Rose’s exceptional service, I’ll absolutely be returning, recommending Hungry Howie’s to my friends, and continuing to buy pizzas here.

I’m an over the road truck driver so anytime I get a chance to stop at Hung Howie’s I do. This is the worst Hungry Howies in all of America that I’ve ever stopped at, and I promise you I’ve stopped at a lot! I drove 20 minutes out of my way to come here despite the reviews. And then drive all the way back to the truckstop to find out there’s absolutely no meat on my cheesesteak sub. When I paid for extra meat. Seriously if you do not like your job, then quit! Or if you’re that incompetent, maybe you should find a job that doesn’t require a whole lot of brain cells. Never again will I stop here, and I don’t recommend anybody else do either

Cashier, kept saying she didn't have thin crust, Cajun crust, and gave me the order wrong.

I ordered the cheesy bread for the first time and it was not disappointing. The best chest bread ever. It was fresh and hot and very satisfying to my taste.

This location does not have deep dish even though it is on the menu and other locations have it. I have ordered deep dish twice in the last 3 months and both times after I placed my order they called me and told me they don't have deep dish. So I told them to make the pizzas stuffed crust instead. They made them with regular crust. This has happened twice in 3 months. Unacceptable. If they don't carry deep dish they need to take it off the menu. If they usually have it and were just out of it then they need to start learning more about supply and demand so they can have the amount that customers demand. Other locations always have it so I don't know what is going on with this location.

Pizza black at the bottom and the top return to Pizza to Store young girls laughed in my face wouldn’t purchase from this location 😡😡

Gave us attitude and messed up our orders 3 times

Service was great the girl up front was so funny we chatted a bit she made my day I’m not sure what her name was but she was in the backwards cap if she’s there give her a smile she’s such a sweetie

I told my self I would not eat here again because about a month ago the person that handed me my pizza looked like a drug addict and wiped their nose with their hands and I should have just walked out the pizza was also missing a topping and the crust was not flavored which is a popular theme at hungry howies, this was a couple of months ago. The most recent time I was her the person was a little sus, but not wiping their nose which is a major upgrade so I had no problem there, they even remembered to add the crust flavor; so I thought they had turned a new leaf and was prepared to resume going here regularly. However! When I started eating my pizza the cheese would not melt properly and made the pizza very unenjoyable, cheese not melting could be a sign of a few things and none of them are good, either the cheese was low quality, imitation cheese, improperly stored, contained too much oil, or it was low moisture. Whatever the reason it was extremely unenjoyable experience. Maybe I will try the hungry howies by my house again, but I will not be eating here again.

I tried calling the store to let them know about my pizza order was incorrect but no one answered after 2 attempts and waiting for over 5 minutes for someone to pick up. All I wanted to let the employee know is I got the wrong pizza, I paid extra for 2 toppings and I got a cheese pizza.. not worth my money. Thanks for not answering the phone I hope whoever ordered the cheese pizza is enjoying my pizza.

They were very friendly and it was very good pizza. I will definitely be back.
