I was expecting grilled chicken and beef in my combo plate. Had I known it would be microwaved to reheat and not cooked fresh I would have went somewhere else. I watched as it came out of the microwave. Who knows when it was actually cooked the first time. Didn't taste good!

I walked-in one afternoon needing to use their restroom, the only one in the small strip-mall in which they are located. As a courtesy, I always buy a drink, be it at the Subway, Circle-K, McDonalds...whatever.I asked them to ring me up a large drink, for which I would pay for after exiting the men's room. They adamately refused my access unless I bought their drink first. Mind you, I am overweight, so it's quite obvious I am NOT on any crystal meth, or whatever kind of drug. I have military hair, so not greasy nor shaggy....and I dress like urban old-Dad, LOL. Frumpy, but clean and neat. There is NO possible way in which you would perceive me as either homeless, or drug-addled.I don't curse in public, and certainly not at strangers. However, I made an exception for the husband-and-wife owners of Ichi Bowl.

Super cute traditional teriyaki restaurant set up. Nice wood tables. Prob the best chicken teriyaki bowl I've ever had! Meat was tender, juicy and the sauce is amazing. Tastes homemade. Love the carrot ginger dressing for the side salad. First time here and will definitely go back!

Came in they messed up the order and didn’t refund just wanted me to drive 45 min to give me one part of my order all rolls were warm and wrong. No customer service on their mess up. Don’t recommend.

My coworker ordered us food and the lady heard her wrong on the phone so I got the wrong order, when I took it back the lady started yelling at me and only fixed half my order even with receipt…. How rude and Unprofessional is that!!???

Best little hole in the wall in the area. The couple that runs it are nice, quick and no nonsense. Their Teriyaki bowl is the best I've had.
I ordered a sushi roll and chicken katsu bowl... Severely disappointed. The chicken was dry and oversalted. The sushi fell apart and the wasabi was a bright and flavorless. The service was great though... I'm just use to the good stuff in the Mesa Asian District.

I'm from Seattle so, it wasn't as good as I'm used to but it was good. Place was nice and clean, service was good. Egg rolls order was a bit smaller then expected but they were good. Nice big open space for seating.

If you grew up in Seattle or San Francisco you’ll immediately recognize this as the good stuff. Great teriyaki, great price, look at this it fills the whole styrofoam like it should. Might be the best teriyaki in Arizona.
