If I could give zero stars, I would. Found a hair in my food every single time I’ve gone. It’s always the same men’s black or gray hair. I could excuse it once but 4 times is wild. The last time I accidentally ordered delivery from the location and sure enough without fail the hair was in my pancake. Do not eat here!

This has been twice that I go to this location and the same experience. Got there, it took about 10 min to be seated keep in mind no other party was waiting. After being seated, we waited for 20 min and still no server asked what we would like to drink or anything. I asked one of the servers there that we are ready and she said I will let your server know. 10 min more later Our server never came by. We walked up and left as well as ours that were there. Don't plan to go here if ypu are expecting to be attended on a timely manner because it is not going to happen.

Waited 10 minutes to be seated,3 couples were all that were there,Flour wasn't mixed all the way up for My biscuits and gravy, Not once came to ask if we wanted or needed anything.
This place was the most disgusting is place. I've ever been inside of it. It's unk worse than an outhouse inside the restaurant. Everything was dirty in the bathrooms was unbearable. I do not know what that smell was. I could not even think about sitting down at their dirty tables. Even think about eating in your food and that restaurant discussing.

Some dear friends and I met here monthly for a decade. I live in Texas now but am in AZ visiting so a small group of us decided to grab brunch here.Little did we know, this location is closing due to skyrocketing leases.Thanks for the memories IHOP. There's nothing better than food, family, and friendship. Central Avenue IHOP is Iconic Phoenix and forever in my heart.
