This was the best ihop breakfast we have ever had. The food was exceptionally good today. My daughter's chicken fried steak was hot and crispy. My poblano omelet was perfect. This was much better than we expected and relatively quick on a busy Saturday morning.

This place is overpriced. 2 crepes ONLY two crepes for almost $14.00 is unreal. The servers are ok, I always go pretty late/ early between 11 pm and 2 am. Its pretty empty and the food still takes awhile. It does taste amazing though so not really upset. My only issue is The servers barely check on you and dint really bus their tables. It could be worse though..Its pretty mediocre for the pricing but I enjoy it. With great company you can enjoy any place :) ill go back again. Was actually thinking about working there!

Pancakes are good, as they usually are. However, today I went in for a short stack (3 pancakes only) to go and I was told $9.35..? Eh, maybe she just hit full stack, so paid, and waited. Yep, $3.11 a pancake.Yikes, what has happened to the price of things? Is it time to start boycotting entire restaurant chains nationwide till they get the message we are tired of this garbage?

IHOP is IHOP, but this one is exceptional with superb service as well as the usual excellent food.In particular the manager keeps an eye on the details.In addition she is fluent in sign language and very helpful for our deaf friends.Dietary restrictions: Sugar free maple syrup is excellent
